I contacted the company to make a return because the product I purchased wasn't working. Customer service did not answer my call so I left a message. Got a text from the company and I responded to the text by describing the problem and askef to return the product. The company's response was by text and it sort of described my complaint. However, I have not received the shipping documents to return the product in accordance with their return policy This company does not stand by their products nor have I received a response to my request to return the product. Just don't buy from this company.
Ive been a sprinkler warehouse customer for quite some time. My most recent orders have made me reconsider shopping with them in the future. After several days without a tracking update (Keep in mind they advertise same day shipping) I attempted to contact SW through their chat service and via phone. Neither of the methods seemed to reach anyone and I waited on hold multiple times in excess of 15 minutes, during their advertised business hours. I finally resorted to emailing them asking for an update, within 24 hours I had a reply. My order had been cancelled. No apology, no justification simply a cancellation.
There are much better suppliers out there..
Advertise same day shipping. Ordered 6/6 and 1 week later had heard nothing from them. Emailed them with no reply several days later. They advertise same day reply on emails. Tried to call 2 times and waited on hold for 10 minutes.went to chat feature to cancel order. Absolutely no explanation as to what problem was and canceled order. He could not have cared less. This used to be first class business with first class service. Please don't use covid as excuse
Strongly recommend Sprinkler Warehouse - their staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They have a great inventory selection of irrigation supplies, including the sprinkler heads that I needed. I had been told by another company they were no longer manufactured.
I wouldn't buy from this place again. With their return policy in which you have to pay to return the product and they charge a 20% restocking fee, you might as well just throw the product away rather than return it. I try to return things I can't use so they won't go to waste. Customer service was polite but this policy will prevent me from ever recommending the shop or using it again.

Terrible experience. Very misleading website/company. I bought what was described as a 10 inch valve cover for my sprinkler system with a 9.5 inch inner lip. The valve they sent is 9.5 wide on top and the inner lip in 8.5. They hide behind the description they get from the manufacturer which does say it is 10 inch cover. They won't credit their mistake without a restocking fee and me paying the shipping to return it. I talked to customer service twice to no avail. The first time I sent pictures of what I was needing to see if they could find the right size for me and heard nothing back. Just called again this morning same song and dance.
So for around $26 dollars Sprinkler Warehouse has created a customer mad enough to take the time to write a review. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I am surprised with their 4.5 stars reviews. Their product are flimsy, working for one day, leaks, bad product.
Their return policy even worse, they charge 20% restocking fees, no free return and they give you store credit, complete rip off, I do not recommend.
I have been trying to get the Sprinkler Warehouse system to accept my order for $400 in products but it keeps telling me that I have not selected a shipping address. In my customer preferences my shipping address is clearly set. I have had previous transactions with Sprinkler Warehouse using their Web system but this is failing. There are other problems with the human interface to their Web site related to getting to the customer dashboard. I'll have to use a local source to buy my gear.
My other, recent order went well and was delivered according to expectations.
Overall the Web site seems so close to working properly that I really wish them well. I am also happy to spend money with Texans so I hope they get their act together so I can patronize them in the future.
I spoke with a service representative by the name of Wynter. She was so helpful I was in awe, I had ordered the wrong product. It was totally my fault. She helped me take care my problem. She was very professional. She knows how to treat people. Whoever hired her saw the special kind of person she is. I have bought from sprinkler warehouse many times and have never been disappointed.
Ordered two weeks ago and no updates no ship date no communication at all. This is not a true warehouse it's a web site. Do not waste your time.

Bought 1 1/4" pipe cutters and over $100 worth of pvc pipe fittings. The fittings were fine but the blade on the cutters wore down very quickly in one spot near the end of the cut. Their website says"quality supplies" and "anufacturer warranty" but after three emails complaining about the cutters, they blew me off and said that I could buy more stuff from them by clicking on a link. I had called them a few times and was put on hold as caller #6 one time and #8 another and waited for 45 minutes and never got to speak to support. Terrible service and they don't stand behind their product.
It took them a week to call me back after several attempts to email them. I need to return 1 item and buy 2 new units. I was asking them too waive the shipping fee. The man on the phone got nasty and was yelling at me. He told me to use Amazon instead of his company if I wanted free shipping, then he hung up on me. ( He must have been having a bad day, at least he has a job while most of the country is unemployed) So that was I am going to do, take his advice and order from Amazon. I would suggestion to you that you do the same
Answer: Irrigation King was 10 times more helpful. They are not perfect but way better than this joke of a company!
