I requested to have the part sent directly to our job site in another state. The person who took my order said someone would call me to confirm that I wanted it sent to a different location to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent transaction. But instead it was shipped to my credit card billing address. So I wasted a lot of money on rush shipping to get it to the wrong place and then I had to rush ship it again. I'm not pleased.

I use the company only for very limited items. I can get a better price on solar panels elsewhere. The mounts I purchased from them were not available elsewhere or out of stock.
All was great other than your product was listed as in stock but actually on back order. Was contacted that it was on back order, and did receive in a reasonable amount of time.

The only problem I had was that the original quote received was not the same as the actual invoice. I don't know why the two were different and the difference was not so much that I would have cancelled the order but the quote should have matched the invoice. Quote number ******* showed $180.00 for the item and $15.00 for shipping. The sales receipt number ******* showed $186.00 for the item and $14.40 for shipping.
