I ordered a pair of UGGS from Snow River and got them with free shipping in only 3 days. They are genuine and Snowriver.com is listed on the UGG Australia web site as an authorized retailer. Mine fit fine but if not they even pay the return shipping. Great people and great service!
I purchased some Ugg Bailey button boots for my Aunt who lives in Cleveland. They turned out to be the wrong size. When we contacted Snow River they were so friendly and helpful. They sent us a return shipping label so there was no cost to us for the return shipping and paid to send the new size too! I will definitely use Snow River again!
