Always great to get wonderful gifts from Simple Treasures! I can't always get out to shop, so this is a great way to buy myself items and gifts for others!
I love being at the shop on this site, and get Bath and Body Works products. My health doesn't always allow me to go shopping in the store, and it's easy to pick up items on Simple Treasures website. I especially love the shipping discounts! I'm able to buy myself and I also shop for gifts for family and friends!
I ordered my product and had it a week or less than a week later. Product was good and it was in great shape. Would order from them again!
One item was canceled. Otherwise shipment was fine. I usually buy from the sellers TikTok lives, but she has blocked me, and despite several requests and explanations, I continue to be blocked, even though I am a repeat customer.
Four bottles in a USPS bubble envelope resulted in minor damage to one of the bottles. Products are usable, so not a big deal. Would suggest sturdier packing for multiple bottles.
Owner sneezes and coughs on products. She played a video of products with her ward. A blind convicted felon. Shipping is too costly just buy products from BBW website much cheaper and you don't have her germs on it.

Anti-Semitic Nazis! Sexist, homophobic! For legal purposes, I have never ordered from this business. I caught this business on live and the male owner said they needed to "pretty up the "WNBA" and then both the female and male owners went on a tirade about how they are so excited to sell all of the Christmas Bath and Body Works items, BUT B&Bw should never have sold, last year, or this year, the candle with a Chanukah label. The male owner says it's a shame they ruined the otherwise good scent with that label, because nobody wants a candle with that label on it, and he talked to "people" ("my sister") who agrees with him. I immediately reported this for hate speech. NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

The owner Wendy is the meanest person to her customers. Her friend sits on a couch, he is racist and she goes along with it. He picks his toes and then touches the order. You can just go a BBW store and get it for the same price and don't pay her outrageous shipping costs. They call out your name and state if you order during a live feed. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER!
Horrible customer service. I used to watch the live shows, but the two operating the shop are vulgar, rude to viewers, and downright mean. I'll never purchase from this shop again.

I haven't purchased anything from this "company." First of all, they ship flammable liquids illegally. Secondly, on the lives, they offend every group of people you can imagine- from LGBTQ ("I'd wonder about a man at the makeup counter or going in Victoria's Secret",) to racial slurs (mocking Asian accents) to stereotypes about what African Americans drink or eat or their skin conditions, to repeating over and over and over X 1000 that nobody would buy a delicious smelling candle because it has a Jewish star on the label. If you speak up about any of this, they will block you. Also, they have laughed about victims of serious crimes and tragedies. Avoid!
If you value customer service this is not the place to give your money too. I was charged $20 in shipping for my 6 liquid items to be stuffed in a mailer not wrapped. Upon opening the products I noticed the shower gel and lotion lid were lose and leaked on all my products. I didn't take pics because you couldn't see the liquid covered on the products and I went straight to washing it all off. I in no way was messaging this company privately because I have seen past interactions that were so great. Today on her live I mentioned about the products after seeing her stuff liquid items unwrapped into a mailer. I was just letting her know what happened and wanted nothing back. Her attitude and response were unprofessional and keep saying I had no order number and was lying. I provided the order number several times until she finally looked it up and proceeded to dox my information on her live as well as blocking me. I have contacted my local police department and filed a report in hopes to protect her future customers. When you charge people $20 in shipping they expect a properly wrapped product.
Communication on TikTok was rude as I repeatedly asked what the free shipping code was. When I did receive an answer Wendy and Jon decided to attack at once because I hadn't heard what the code was. As for shipping and product… it was purchased on a Sunday and received to the next state over (Atlanta,Ga) on Friday.
This was my second order and I am very pleased with the prices and fast delivery!

I recently placed an order and it was packaged on her live video. She announced my name and where I live on the her live stream. That was upsetting enough, but then she proceeded to stuff all my products into one package. She then tossed it to her roommate, who was picking his toes. The incident was disgusting. I couldn't even open the package and threw it away. The thought of his dirty feet touching it nauseated me.
As I said in the title it was beyond superb customer service and I've never had such fast shipping anywhere from any company that I buy from which is alot LOL they were wrapped wonderfully they arrived fast and in one piece and the value that simple treasures offers cannot be beat I don't know how they do with that inexpensive but I'm sure glad they do for us the customers 🌷🐦
Shipping was super fast, the price was low, and the products all smelled great. I had originally one order with some things, and was happy enough that i placed another a few days later :) wendy was very easy to work with! Will be buying again

The "owner" Wendy just told a customer to Go F themselves on a live. Why would anyone buy from them is beyond me.
You know perfectly well why I would say such a thing. You also know that it wasn’t to a customer it was to a troll much like yourself. When you can put your real name on a review that’s when the review will be taken seriously.

You placed your order on 3/10/24. The order was packed on live and scanned into the post office on 3/11/24. You then received your order in your location of Marietta GA on 3/15/24. I’m sorry if the USPS didn’t get your order to you quicker. If you were so offended by the rudeness I’m not sure why you placed the order in the first place.
