It's a company with no substandard products. Products are nicely racked and display is quite decent. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing need improvement is to reduce their prescription charges in order to get more and more people in. By decreasing or making prescription charges they could have a big inflow of customers who could buy lot of other items in the store. Weekly sales and flyers are quite reasonable.
I have been shopping st Shoppers for years and always found what I was looking for... and more. Large variety. The optimum points gave me a lot of free stuff over the years.
I do recommend Shoppers drug mart and will keep shopping there.
Hi everyone I have been going to shoppers drug Mart for years. I get my percripstions, household supplies and health and beauty is for sure. I love earning points for my purchases and can use them to spend in store. They add up fast. Lots or variety and if u load ur virtual coupons you'll save more and earn lots of points doing it, I definitely recommend the storeb and they r constantly changing and upgrading.
Shoppers at 6020 Malden Rd. In Lasalle on. Had a 12:50 appointment for COVID and flu shots. I was on time and had my paperwork filled out and submitted.
Sat waiting awhile and watched 4 other people come, sit and taken in before me. Two of them said they had 1:00 and 1:10 appointments. When I complained they had to go find my paperwork. Said I'd be a while longer.
I walked.
They lost a customer.
This is the Carlingwwod location. I placed a back order and went back 4or 5 times over 2 years. The sales rep who took my order did not log it in their tracking system. Every time I went in, they tried to find the order, and said they'd call me after searching. They never called back.
I downloaded the shoppers drug mart app just so I could have my card on my phone.
