SDBullion has shady business practices. If you pay extra for expedited shipping and FedEx misplaces the package for a while, SDBullion won't refund the extra fee you paid for expedited shipping. Don't recommend using this company...
Good experience getting bullion. I got everything as expected. It was easy to navigate the website to find what I was looking for. I like the variety and can't wait for SD bullion to get the Tim and Yankee Stacker coin out! Thank you! I'm also guessing what the next commander is for the commander series and looking toward to finding out if I'm right. SD bullion is on YouTube and glad to see the interest to answer questions and talk with the community on there.

I used to love your company but resent experience with you customer service has proved to me that you talk a good game on these videos and with you cards in shipping boxes but when it comes down to it, you are more interested in making money first. And all this revolves around $65 out of $10,000 I have spent. Now I will not do business with your company and am sure to tell everyone I can how you really treat customers. See order #*******. I also notice you do not have a physical address where I can send you a hand written letter explaining my discontent only emails where you can ignore.

I purchased 1 brilliant uncirculated (BU) coin and 4 very good (VG) coins. The "BU" has rim damage, very little original luster, and deep scratches. One of the "VG" coins is cleaned, 2 of them have an outlined design/missing rim details.
Emails asking for assistance were given dismissive responses and a manager on their call hotline was unwilling to even receive pictures of the coins in question.
Apparently, their merchandise is "graded by third party sellers" and they "have no control over the quality of merchandise".

Thank you for your feedback! Bullion coins tend to have minor imperfections from the manufacturing process. This has no impact on the value of the bullion. If you are a collector looking for flawless coins I would recommend purchasing graded MS70 or proof editions of the bullion coins. Proof coins are inspected by the mint for quality of strike and for any flaws.

The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of SD Bullion.

Ordered 2 royal mint una silver bars ( 10 oz) limited edition, paid $622 3 weeks ago, items in stock at the time order, never updated status. Called and placed on hold forever! Items now out of stock and will only allow exchange for lowered value bars and will not refund the difference in value ( silver is down form time of order in addition bars ordered now are not premium limited edition bars! Very rude an unethical company!

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Answer: We ship fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The default shipping option would be selected by the shipping team in accordance with our insurance policies and efficiency. Most, but not all, of our orders ship with a signature required. However, you can rest assured all of our orders are fully insured. If you want to be guaranteed a signature, we do offer the ability to add it on, it would be $4.95 for the signature plus $14.95 for our expedited shipping. We offer FedEx or USPS.
