Placed a order 8/8/25 Do you know I still dont have a tracking number? When you call everyone gives you the run around I worked at fedex before so they tried to lie and say they shipped package and I let them know kindly just because you created a shipping label dosent been the package was shipped its not considered shipped until fedex comes and pick it up once I said that now its we have until sep 8th for you to recieve this package smh over 20 days no package Online ordering here? Never again Ill just go into stores for now only honestly probably take my business else where cause this is ridiculous!
I ordered 4 scrub jackets with embroidery to reflect advanced degrees earned by myself and my son. The order stated that the embroidery would add a few days to the shipping. It has been 8 business days since I ordered and the order still says pending. When I called customer service they stated my order was affected by a warehouse upgrade that was delaying orders being processed and shipped. They were unable to tell me when my order would be processed or when it would be shipped. However, they did state that because I ordered embroidery that it was not eligible for cancellation even though they were unable to tell me if the embroidery had even begun or what stage my order was in for processing. There was nothing that stated my order would be delayed when I placed my order. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service practices. I would have given zero stars if that was an option!
I placed an order on October 4th, for two scrub tops, embroidered with my husband's name, and 3 pairs of pants. After a week of waiting, we were informed that they were switching warehouses and the embroidery would be down for a bit. We were given the option to cancel our order or keep our order, we chose to keep it. What a mistake. Three weeks after my order was put in, we called to see what the status was and there was no change. We were still waiting on the embroidery for the shirts, but to call back next week for a status update and to receive 20% off our order if it hadn't already shipped. Trying to give them a benefit of the doubt because switching warehouses can be a lot. We messaged the chat box and called back this week (4 weeks since the order). I first messaged the chat box and talked to Damone asking if my pants could be shipped separately and to check the status of the shirts. I was told that the shirts were still pending and I asked if they could just be canceled so that I could order from somewhere else. I was told that they cancellation couldn't be guaranteed so I decided to just keep the order. I then called customer service and talked to Jorge.,Who told me that they were in process of embroidering backed up items. He said that I should get a shipping email the following week so I decided to keep my order and was told I would receive 20% off for the inconvenience. To my surprise, we received an email today exactly 4 weeks from when we ordered saying my order had been canceled. We again called customer service and got Jorge, which was no help because he said well, "You can replace your order if you like but your order is canceled." So now, not only am I out four weeks worth of time without the scrubs, I now have to place the order somewhere else and wait for them to ship.
If I could give a 0/5 I would. Avoid this site at all costs. I placed an order 8/26 and 1 week later, no shipping email. Fast forward to 2 weeks, the company stated they will put me on the cancellation list due to it being on "back order". ONE MONTH later, I get an email stating it shipped. I call them and tell me there is nothing they can do about it. Normally, I wouldn't care, however I needed this for school and it's way past the deadline. Unbelievable company!
Avoid this website if you can, they lie about shipping times and when you ask about cancelling the item, it's interesting how they can follow their one hour cancellation fee only but not their shipping policy! Customer service is also terrible, they don't respond. I've been scammed and lost my money.
I walked into scrubs and Beyond in Warren,Michigan with the mind to purchase some scrubs, the Salesperson never spoke to me or greet me.When the next person came in the sale lady spoke to them and greet them so nice and customer friendly like they where a prize anyway.I left immediately because my dollar has power and preferences to where I spend my dollars... Really the sales person did me a favor I found less expensive brand of scrubs right across the street at Walmart...Don't respect me it's fine...I respect my spending power...And should I say African women and other customer was a different race it's cool money is green. I spend with who treats me right
I took a day off work to drive two hours to a scrub and beyond store. They didn't have the scrubs that I wanted in my size, so they said they would order them and ship them to me. I paid almost $400 upfront. They said I would receive them in less than two weeks. After almost 3 weeks of not receiving them, I contacted the store, and they said they would look into it and call me back. They didn't call me back, so I called them. They told me that as soon as the person that I talked to got to the store, he would call me. He never returned my call. On the third attempt, I got in touch with the assistant manager and she wanted to know which pant I ordered. I told her that I hadn't received any of my order. After a long discussion, she said, let me look in the store and see if we have them on the rack. She came back and said that they had them on a clearance rack and I could come get them. I live a long ways away, but I told her I would drive there the next day to get them. I'm hoping when I get there they will be the correct scrubs. I don't think I will ever do business with them again. They didn't offer any compensation for all of the stress and money they put me through. They didn't offer to give me a discount even though I had paid full price.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online order. I placed an order on November 14 which had been pending until I called customer service on the 22nd to inquire about the order. I was put on hold and eventually disconnected on, which I was later told was an "accident." I had to call back and got their outsourced customer service, it was difficult to communicate at that point, but I did manage to understand that my order was being routed to another warehouse, but HAD NOT BEEN DONE until that day when I called. The outsourced customer service did nothing but repeat the standard apology scripts and stated it was "impossible" to expedite my order. I had to beg to speak to a rep in the US, who told me they would try to expedite my order but could not guarantee it. (Again I was told this was "impossible" by their overseas agents). To this day I have only received half my order, which my daughter needs to wear to work, and a second call to inquire only routes me to the overseas call center, who cannot give me any definite information as to whether I will receive the pants, without which the scrub tops are useless. I will be sharing this horrible first experience with this company on all my socials, since medical personnel who need these items to wear at their place of work deserve better service.
This is the first online purchase for me. Unfortunately two of the items were too big. I was shocked to learn that there were no exchanges option. Then, I also have to pay to return. I believe returns should be free if you print a free return label provided by the company and if you drop off at locations specified by the company. I'm addition you should get a full refund.
I went to the store on a Sunday, in preparation for a new job, and i am really picky on how clothes fit. The two ladies were amazing and helpful and let me take my time to find the right fit of scrubs. Further on, L.J. Was very down to earth, professional, but real at the same time and she was great to talk to. God bless you all for being a great store to go to and finding wonderful people to help anyone who needs just the right "fit."
Items length and sizing listed on the website do not match actual measurements of items received, so you are bound to return. The catch is, Scrubs and beyond receipt states they will charge you $8.95 to return a single item and although paper receipt states they offer exchanges, when you start the exchange / return process online, you are told "no exchanges". Online return process does not offer a pre-paid return label shipping option. They require you to return to a local store or a local physical drop off location. In small print they state you can pay for your own shipping in order to return by mail. Frustrating, convoluted process and inconsistent information is provided. Not going to purchase again.
I ordered two scrub tops from Scrubs and Beyond in July. Three weeks later I stupidly had not received them. It was an issue with the delivery company, not Scrubs and Beyond. I finally called customer service and explained the situation, the package was stuck somewhere and the delivery company was absolutely no help. S and B offered to either reach out to the delivery company for me or issue a refund. I took the refund which was handled promptly. Two weeks later the delivery company delivered the package! I called S and B and told them what happened and offered to pay for the scrubs but they told me to keep them and not worry about paying. They took care of me when the problem was beyond their control.
I need my order in a couple days ( no problem). They have 2 day delivery $25, ok ( day 2 my order has not been shipped).
WHAT I paid $25 for 2 day. WHAT its only after my order has been shipped.
I asked the customer service guy, Let me ask you if you ordered something and paid extra to have it in 2 day yet didnt get it. What would you expect? His response was i wouldnt pay for 2 day delivery because i know it may not happen.

I've ordered from this site before and never had issues up until this summer. I've gotten 2 batches of orders from them and with both orders they quickly send one item while the remaining items are in limbo. Despite all of the items showing as being "In Stock" when you order them. I think they are lying about items being in stock and I believe most of the items they show on the website are actually backordered, hence the delay.
Will never order from here again.
Found this company online. Ordered a pair of scrub pants. I did see where they advertised easy returns so I assumed the exchanges would be included in that however, my pants were too large needed another size, but could not find on the website where I could do…ended up calling customer…. Only way you can exchange is if you are near one of their stores. I am over an hour away so I had to do a return and was charged five dollars. Product was as described, but not happy with having to pay for my return… will not purchase again from this company.
I was looking up scrubs for nursing school and I ordered a pair here. Well it's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and when I try and track it, it just says a label is being created. Has not advanced since. I emailed them twice and no response. Try getting your scrubs elsewhere!
I recently ordered from this company. After the fact- the day after- read the reviews and out of concern for what I needed- chanced calling Customer Service and was kindly greeted. Explained that after I read the complaints about shipping and things being in stock, the delays. The representative understood my concerns. I know that sometimes people just complain, are never pleased, but the consistency was a real concern. The rep took the time to confirm that what I needed was in stock and that I would receive an email when it was shipped. Later that same day (the day after order was placed) I received that email, and 2 days later it was delivered. While it's obvious that there was time when there was an issue with fulfillment at some point for a while- or frustration with communication and poor quality customer service; it was not what I experienced, and I will be ordering again. Should you be discouraged by the reviews beforehand, call customer service and ask if things are in stock or answer questions you might have. I definitely love the variety of what they offer.

Funny how they take your money asap but your order still says pending even after it was supposed to arrive. I've never been more upset over customer service can't give them a zero so have a one your not even worth
Placed an order for 2 scrub tops & 2 scrub pants. Received 2 tops, 1 pair of pants. Been waiting for 2nd pair of pants. Just spoke to customer service that advised it would be almost another week before they arrived. What am I supposed to do? Go to work wearing just a top? No one ever provided an updated tracking number or email explaining the problem. I had to call & ask where the pants were.
I've placed two orders. No status change, still "Processing." Called Customer Service and got no help. Was promised an update on the order yesterday but that never happened. So, I have two orders in limbo that have been paid for and nothing to show for it. Horrible customer service and very doubtful I'll use them again or recommend them to anyone. Disgusted.
These reviews were for sure done by people they paid to do them! I'm a real customer who made a purchase for a week supply of uniforms. My order still had not shipped after 10 days when I was promised they process in 7 days. I calls and speaks to 3 people even a supervisor who did not care bout my order being delayed, neither did one of them apologize for my experience. I thought I give them a try since they emailed me and text me all day everyday. Order at your own risk! I cancelled my order and will never do business with this company again!
