Bought a few things from them, always without a problem. Needed support once, got instant and useful response. Good site for people from developing countries who didn't find their money on the sidewalk.

Only a good two days after ordering (#*******) an iTunes Gift Card key and paying via instant bank transfer, the payment status in the store system was set to "paid". Now the order is four days old and I still do not have a key. A request to royalcdkeys support has been unanswered for a day. On the website of royalcdkeys.com the immediate delivery of the key is advertised. This advertising promise was definitely not kept and I now have time expenditure to either get the purchased key or get my money back.
Update from 9th May: After the ordered key was apparently and not surprisingly no longer available, I requested a refund via ticket system on 1st May and received a confirmation very quickly. The status of my order is "refunded" since then, but the money is not back on my bank account six banking days after the alleged refund process had started.

I bought two Windows 10 home keys with 2.5 euro/key. They work!. Fast payment process. I received a key as soon as I made the payment.
