I made a purchase of $290. Said purchase was never delivered. They then emailed me in an unencrypted email asking for my personal information to allegedly "reship" the items. I told them I would not be providing that information via email and would like a refund. I paid using shop pay so I know they had the accurate information. They told me I could have $80 in a store credit as the postal carrier THAT THEY USE will have likely damaged the items. I replied that I'd be filing a dispute with my Credit Card company and the BB. Now I am leaving these reviews so no one else gets SCAMMED by this $#*!ty front of a clothing store, like I did.

The way they handle returns is atrocious. I had to cover my own shipping cost for the return, and they also subtracted the shipping cost it took them to send it to me, even though it wasnt my fault the item description said one measurement and when it arrived it had a different measurement. Buy at your own risk because if you want to return an item you will lose your money. Not to mention that I had to email them to remind them that my returned item had arrived for 3 weeks and only then did they issue the refund. Unprofessional overall and I will avoid their products in the future.

You're on instagram and see an ad for a really cute, vintage style dress, for a stupidly fair bargain and it's not so cheap that you're in doubt.
You visit the website and everything is basically up to par. Maybe you'll give yourself a little extra room and order a size up, just in case. Oh, and that sweater is adorable too, throw that in. It's a one size deal so you're gonna have to take what you can get.

And then you see it is shipping from mainland China. Oops. Now you have to investigate. Gosh there are some whiners out there. Someone ordered two days ago and is losing her mind because she hasn't gotten a tracking update in 5 hrs. I mean...it is coming FROM CHINA. But fast fashion junkies cut no slack. Ok. You decide not to worry about the shipping. Your order is on a boat, or a plane, or a weather balloon. Whatever.
It hits the ground in, like, Nebraska and is delivered the day after Thanksgiving. Amazing. From radio silence to sudden delivery. Great.
Now it's time to try it on. The dress seems a better deal than the sweater.

You're not sure what the sweater is made of exactly but it probably wasn't worth $40. It's soft...too soft. Too synthetic. Suspicious. But the world is a pretty decent place if you can be peeved by overly soft fabric.
The plastic buttons are a little sad. What ever happened to tin? The embroidery seems to have been lazily done (or the soul doing it is overworked and under paid). No embroidery is better than the rather anemic amount of thread they used on this thing.

The dress is a better deal but somehow it's both too tight and too loose. It seems like someone was guessing at what a woman's shape was instead of just following a pattern. The buttons pull in the bust and your boobs arent even that big AND you ordered a size up. That's too bad.

Should you return it? You heard the return process was a bundle of fun. Maybe you'll hang onto it and try to lose some weight up top instead. Luckily it wasn't THAT expensive and you've been trying to drop a couple of pounds anyway. Maybe this will add to the motivation.
So you pile it on the heap in your bedroom because you're not proud of it enough to hang it up with your other clothes just yet and you want to ignore it for now.

Quality and size does not match the pictures, they make return almost impossible, even if you do, they never provide full refund. Absolute scammers. Beware.

So far i give a five star bc i have just only placed my order. They have great coupons and deals for plus size women. I will update after my item has been received. Highly recommended.

This was my first order I placed. I usually like to put things I'm interested in in my cart and then go back and sift through what I really want and delete what I didn't really want. Well the page glitched and then all of the sudden my order was placed! I didn't mean to do that because I was also wanting to apply my coupons that I got for being a new member and for spinning their wheel thing. So I contacted customer support and they were great! They refunded me the portion of the coupon and it was applied to my card in a few days. Well I received my items today which did take a little long but it does come from China lol. I liked most of my items but I do have to return two things. I hope the returns are easy! Maybe I will be able to update my review after I get my things returned. Thanks

I really do simply adore Rihoas Clothing. I know I will find something beautiful and they will fit beautifully. The fabrics are amazing and the designs flatter me every single time. Currently I have almost two entire summer wardrobe full of Rihoas, designs. I think I could be a great reviewer!

I took a chance with placing an order after seeing a FB advert and checking out their website. I placed my order with free delivery - delivery took less than a week from China and everything was as ordered and perfect and they kept me up to date with order progress and tracking.Will definitely order again and recommend.

I have been buying off RIHOAS for a few years now the quality is really good a good size range, items come quickly returning items is easy if you need too. Customer services are excellent if you have a problem. RIHOAS is now my go to for clothes. This is definitely my real feeling!

This is a 5*star company. I do a lot of online shopping with various businesses. Spend hundreds monthly, some times weekly. But out of all the various businesses that target womans clothing this one is by far the best one out of the bunch! Not only are they reasonable, affordable,Makes you feel like the middle man days are a thing of the past...their are a few disappointments every now and then. But over all I give them a 5*****if you are a clothes shopper for the latest style in woman's clothing. Check it out!

I've seen a lot of reviews about the quality and returns process for Rihoas being very negative. I do believe you get what you paid for, the quality isn't always great but when you've paid £8 for a top...you can't complain. In my experience, I usually order a few items knowing I'll keep at least 1 or 2 and send the rest back. Their maternity clothes were great. I've never had an issue sending items back and getting a refund. It's all done online via their portal, it can be a bit of a faff and it's not 100% intuitive I've never had a problem and will order for them again

Initially I did have a problem with my item not being eligible for a return because it was past the return time, however, the company did reach out to me and were able to provide me with a solution. Their customer service were very nice and friendly through the process, and I feel like they do care if their customers are satisfied with their purchase. I'm pleased their helpful customer service.

The dress fit EXACTLY how described and fit my body so beautifully and nicely! So comfortable and great material and put together nicely. The only reason I gave four stars is because the color is much darker in person than it was in the picture! Which I didn't mind because I loved the color but for someone who wants exact same that could be a tad frustrating. Overall great experience. Thanks for better quality.

I have been using Rihoas for years now and can honestly say it is one of the BEST places to buy clothes online. It's the only place I shop now… they have everything and the community is so great at leaving honest reviews regarding sizes, styles, and quality. You can search your height and weight and get the size you need based off of reviews. They also always have some kind of coupon available so it's also affordable. I've never had an issue with returns (although honestly most things fit so I've only had to do returns a couple times). Definitely shop here. Thanks

Rihoas has awesome customer service. I was able to share my concerns /comments through emails. The reps replied kindly and offered great solution. I ordered dresses and skirts from Rihoas and have been very satisfied with the quality. Thank you Rihoas for providing such outstanding customer service and the clothes I received were as I what I Expected.

I like Rihoas. When I first started shopping at Rihoas I was very skeptical because of how cheap their clothes were, but when I ordered some clothes, they felt and looked very nice, and the material was nicely made too. I wouldn't recommend ordering jewelry from Rihoas though because they do turn dark and make your skin turn green, but, their clothes are very good quality regardless of their price. If you are wanting to buy something on Rihoas, look at the reviews and pictures to see what it looks like on other people and to see if you need to size up or down. I do this all the time and it really helps me make my shopping decisions better.

I used Rihoas carefully first time last year due to many companies through Facebook are fake. I can honestly say that I have never had a problem and have ordered many thinks since in clothing line. Always delivered and good quality. Some deliveries are quick and I assume in the uk others take longer as they come outside uk usually china, but still delivered in good time.
Cannot comment on customer service as I've never had to use them. But I've bought tops etc about 4 times over a few months and never had a problem.

The first time ordering clothing from Rihoas I had previously just ordered swimwear so I was nervous. When I received my order I was surprised that everything but one item fit and looked so good on. I am excited and can't wait to place another order. Then just before I was about to order again, I suddenly received a coupon from rihoas in the mail, which will save me a lot of money.
