Unable to contact (who doesn't have a phone?), don't reply to emails, didn't ship as promised (yet sent a bogus USPS tracking number while USPS says its 'awaiting' the item), and can't cancel order! Horrible! Stay clear! Avoid!

I wish I had seen the other review before placing an order. I ordered the legs for a Vizio TV and, according to their site, it would be an exact match. Upon receipt, the legs were slightly off and the holes for screws did not line up. Additionally, screws were not included, there's a separate SKU for an additional $10 that includes the four screws. The item I purchased stated it does not include screws, but that was buried in the description. Contacted twice about getting a replacement and received no response so I started the dispute process with my credit card.

I am so impressed with you guys! I just received my stands for my TV! You told me it would be here by the weekend, and sure enough, it's Friday, and the parts just showed up on my doorstep! The owner (?) that helped me was very kind and cleared up my confusion on which stands to get. I am very very impressed. And thank you thank you!"

I bought a remote control for a LG TV from this site that didn't work. It would turn the TV on and off but would do nothing else. I followed their online procedures for a return including requesting an RMA number but they never answered my email. They do not share a phone number so calling them is not possible. In addition to the remote that didn't work, I think they sent me a used one, a conclusion I come to based on beige crusty stuff in the crack where the two halves of the housing come together. Based on address this may be the online presence of a company called TV Parts Guy. I hate to give these criminals a star but I think I have to check something so 1 star it is.

Be forewarned dealing with this company. The image on their webpage clearly showed the two new parts we needed, a pair consisting of a left and a right bracket, and a corresponding description with the manufacturer's part numbers stamped on the two parts and the manufacturer's part numbers included in the product description. We purchased what they advertised. But they did bait and switch. They sent one of the correct parts, but substituted the other with a part that was not an application for our TV and not what they advertised. We contacted them through Paypal and sent clear images of what they sent. They responded that we were mistaken. Until that point it could've been a simple mistake, but their response in the face of clear evidence made it clear who we were dealing with. It was either their lie or our lying eyes. We responded. That was the last we heard from them. Replaceyourbase does not have a phone number to contact them and they do not have an e-mail contact which are standard Paypal requirements. There is also a very narrow window of opportunity per Replaceyourbase's return page to resolve any complaints with them. Be aware of that short timeframe. We escalated our claim through Paypal and contacted our credit card company. Beware.
