Their customer service absolutely sucks. They have a 365 day return policy. Give me a freakin break. I bought an inverter for my Kitchenaid microwave/speed oven based on the recommendation of a local repair shop. I went to many sites and did a ton of research. I ended up buying from RC... what a huge mistake. After putting the inverter into my cart, RC recommended also buying the Magnetron. So I did... both were $350 total. I figured I could send them back if they did not work. Guess what, they did not work so I took the parts out and sent them back on my dime to RC. Before sending them back, I called. I was on hold for a long period of time, so I hung up. A couple of days later they told me that I could not return the parts because they were installed. How the hell do you know if they are going to work if you don't install them? I called customer service. The agent just laughed at me saying "read the fine print, you cannot return anything once installed." I asked, "How do you know if it works if you don't install it." She said, "Good point, but the policy is the policy." She then said, "You can never return electronics once used or installed." I said what about Best Buy or Amazon. She said, "Those places never accept returns!" I do not know what is more inept, their 365 day refund guarantee or their reps. Their return policy is compete horse$#*!. They told me to buy another shipping label to send the parts back or they will throw them out. This place sucks badly. I would have rated them a -5 if they allowed. A "1" is way too high.
It was my first time using RepairClinic, and I had a surprisingly good experience. I quickly found the part I needed for my washer, ordered it in about a minute, and got it sooner than expected. The step-by-step video instructions were super helpful. The price seemed fair, and everything came well-packaged. I'm definitely keeping this site bookmarked.
Terrible company. Possibly a scam. They attempted to sell me a part they didn't even have, and after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH, I canceled my order. When calling them to confirm, they told me they never had the part to sell to me. What a joke!
Repair Clinic has been my go-to for appliance repairs, and they always deliver exceptional service. I recently purchased a replacement heating element for my dryer from Repair Clinic, and the experience was fantastic. The part arrived quickly and the website's instructional videos made the installation process a breeze.
Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!
I went to RepairClinic when the condenser fan in my refrigerator stopped working. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the exact fan model I needed. The part was delivered quickly, and their step-by-step video tutorial made the installation process a breeze.
I made the mistake of placing an order with them before looking at reviews. As soon as i placed the order I realized it was a mistake...I was on the checkout screen and it said the total was $33 and under shipping it just had a slash mark. Again, it said the total was $33...I placed the order and then on the confirmation screen suddenly the total had changed and they had added over $12 for shipping...I have done plenty of online shopping, I'm not dumb. This is a super shady business practice and I guarantee they're doing it on purpose. There are A LOT Of bad reviews about them as well...Do yourself a favor, order from a different site. The chances you have a good experience with Repair Clinic are extremely low.
I turned to RepairClinic when my refrigerator's water filter needed replacing. Their website was easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly find the exact filter model I needed. The shipment arrived faster than expected, and their customer service was exceptional.

I never had any problems searching for OEM parts. They have an extensive inventory of replacement parts and help videos that make my appliance repairs possible.
Entered our model number for our double freezer. The recommended part was ordered. Received the part which unfortunately was the wrong item (unit requires two different fans since it is a double unit) that they recommended. Our unit calls for two fans, not one. With that being said, one fan was sent. It was bigger then what is in our model, no way to install. Basically told that is the correct part as that is what their system states. Tried telling the CSR it is incorrect, but he would not here of it. Told we had to pay return shipping as this was our fault for ordering an item that they recommended for our double freezer unit. Then they tried selling us another item(s) for the unit that was incorrect as well. Went to Amazon and ordered correct items needed.
