If I could give a -2 star i would. I ordered 3 pairs of underwear 3+ weeks ago and all they can say is a canned response say that carriers nationally are experiencing longer shipping times. What i find funny is that i have placed 10 orders at different companies across the US and have received them all expect the one from Perry Ellis. You are better off ordering from any other company as they don't even seem to care. I find that Fed Ex is usually the culprit, but they don't seem to mind as they got their money.
I've been a repeat customer for years and have had many problems with their customer service and delivery process. Most recently, I ordered a suit online, was billed, then they deny even receiving my order. There is literally NO WAY to speak with anyone other than via email and they are flat out useless and just deny any wrong doing. I had to file a dispute/payment stop with my bank because Perry Ellis refuses to rectify their error. Shameful and unprofessional. Scam level business model.
I buy all my husband's work clothes at Perry Ellis. I used to get it all at the local Macy's but it closed so I went online. Perry Ellis has great cheap dress shirts, pants, belts, ties and all sorts of other good stuff. Sometimes I get them tailored for my husband but mostly they all fit pretty well.
Love Perry Ellis! Definitely get your monies worth purchasing any of these fragrances. There hasn't been a time that I couldn't pair a coupon and received such great savings as well. If you haven't tried any Perry Ellis products, well then its a must!

More than 100 manufacturers suffered becoz of this Perry Ellis and some company owners suicide becoz of this Perry Ellis. This brand every product behind having more tears of some family. Perry Ellis not gave single rupees for this product producer, they cheated all Indian Manufacturers..
Purchased "microfiber" boxers for my husband. It was a total waste of time and money. The material used to make this purported garment is subpar. The man made material is translucent, clingy, and appears to prevent proper ventilation. On top of all that, the shipping charges both for purchase and return amount to $17. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM PERRRY ELLIS AGAIN.
Don't receive product, but they have no problem collecting your money, and they wont give a refund, terrible compy
They do not have anyone to help with questions or returns. Had to report them to the better business bureau and American Express.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Perry Ellis, Order #WPE9400**. Here's why:
1. Processing Time: It took an astonishingly long six weeks for them to process my order. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of efficiency on their part.
2. Lack of Tracking Info and Response: Throughout the process, I received little to no tracking information and when I reached out for updates, the responses were either delayed or non-existent.
3. Additional Costs: There were numerous additional costs such as state tax, and city tax, and the shipping label was outrageously expensive. It felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every turn.
4. Refusal to Cancel Order: Despite the significant delay, when I requested to cancel my order before it was even processed to avoid further inconvenience for both parties, they refused to accommodate my request.
5. Delayed Return Label: When I finally received the product and realized it wasn't what I expected, it took them an excessive amount of time to process the return label.
6. Expensive Return Label: Not only was the return label delayed, but it also came with an exorbitant price tag, further adding insult to injury.
7. Product Disappointment: I only tried on one shoe to test the fit, and it did not meet my expectations at all. I didn't even bother trying the other shoe because of the frustration I had already endured.
8. Genuine Customer Treatment: Despite trying to be a decent and genuine customer by not using the product for a few days, I was met with disappointment at every turn.
9. Financial Loss: As a result of this ordeal, I lost around 25% of my money. This experience has left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I vow to never, ever purchase from this brand again.
Overall, my experience with Perry Ellis has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of them in the future.
