Seeds not as advertised

I planted 3 of the cultivars, however 0 percent germination with the Reapers. Both the Siling Labayo and Scorpions had a near 100% germination rate, however unfortunately both are of the wrong species (let alone cultivar). They were both C. Annuums, and resemble some sort of cayenne type except they have little or no heat.
It wasn't funny because I wasted nearly 3 months of lighting (electricity), 3 months of time, and 3 months of tent space growing these out. Not happy at all. I did contact the company, however I received no response from the company.
