I placed an order for a Supreme bag and never received any shipping updates. After weeks of waiting, I went back to their website to check on my order—only to be met with constant error messages saying the site is down. It's been completely inaccessible for days. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email, and even reach out via Instagram—but there has been zero response. No updates, no explanation, no effort to resolve the issue. It's clear at this point that this is not a legitimate business. Save your time, money, and frustration—do not buy from this site. I suspect this is a bait-and-switch scam that preys on people looking for hype items like Supreme. The lack of customer service, transparency, and working infrastructure (like a functioning website) says it all. Wish I had done more research before placing the order. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid getting scammed.
I ordered since 23 may 2024 and till date 11june 2024, no update no items received, I tried to contact them via phone, via email, via chat on their website but no answer, so I think its legit to say I have been scammed and lost money and time for nothing, so don't do my mistake read reviews before ordering from them to be safe.
They state that it takes an average of 10-14 working days to ship the order, now, 30 working days later and I am yet to receive any update on my order…
Attempts to contact or resolve the issue just gets ignored or at best an automated response saying we are sorry for the delay your order is on the way. Never again
They told me it would take up to 14 working days to deliver my order, which I was fine with.
But now it's been 25 working days, and they are not replying to any of my calls, nor emails, the chat on the web keeps saying they are busy.
Clearly a SCAM, do not purchase through OFOUR
I ordered the shoes and it's been more than a month I received nothing! And I paid full amount by card! The best wesite in UAE realy guys thank i can't trust any other website to provide me orginal bags and sneakers.
I made my order and on the shipping details it said that it would take from 7 to 14 business days, i kept calling to make sure that it'll arrive on time as it was a birthday gift, and they would always lie and say that the order is on its way and will be shipped to me in a matter of 2 days max, the order arrived more than a month after the order date.
Order was placed on 21st Dec.
Deposit payment paid.
After many follows up, different team members reply's, assuring me that order will come within 2-3 days ( some of them said it's coming from US warehouse, some of them from UK warehouse).
Long story short, after total of 27 days, today I got email "Your deposit has been refunded "! Without anyone saying anything. After long time finally I reach some one on call center, reply was:
We cancel your order because item didn't came to UAE warehouse in size that you asked for! Worst online shop ever, definitely not to recommend, stay away from them.
They don't have knowledge about what they are selling.contacting them very difficult no answer of the phone, after long time you wait you get reply: we will call you back and never calling back.Item they are selling doesn't have full information and they can cheat you this way.
I placed my yeezy 700 order with them and i received my ordered after 8 days, it was totally legit and i do recommended it. I was updated of the status of my order several times via email, it made me less worried as its my first time dealing with them. Over all experience was great and customer Service was interactive as i got a call from them to confirm my yeezy size as its usually smaller than other normal shoe sizes, i found it to be very nice service specially for people who never purchased a yeezy before..
I have to admit that i was initially hesitant to place order on ofour.com, as i wasn't sure how their service is as I read mixed reviews, i have decided to go ahed and place my order, i received my order Omega swatch Pluto in 10 days after placing my order. I received multiple updates before receiving my order which made me less worried and when i got my order i went to swatch shop in dubai mall to make sure it was authentic and they confirmed to me that it was an authentic one. Well done guys very happy with my experience keep up the good work.

I made my order and it said that u will shipped within 14 working days, but till today it's been 22 days and no one respond to my emails, calls and their live chat doesn't work as well…I'm going to wait 48 hours then I'm going to file a complaint in the police station against them…don't order guys order from other big websites

I ordered a pair of sneakers almost 3 months ago and paid the full amount and still to this day didn't get any updates from them, I have written about 100 emails and none of them was answered! I'm actually believing this site is a scam and they have stolen my money

Looks like account fake. I paid for shoes and didn't get anything and I tried to call million times no one replied. Only money gone for nothing

So to begin with, I placed my order on 29th July for the Jordan 1 High Dark Mocha and they called and confirmed the size and said it will take 10 - 14 days for delivery.
After that I had some trouble reaching the support team so I sent email, Instagram dm, Call center and eventually I received response from them and said my order is coming from outside UAE so it will take time.
3 days ago I received my order and at first I was worried about the item & quality coz I literally paid 2.3k AED for the shoes and see them with glue stains on the soles. Then I checked with the official Jordan store they couldn't authenticate because the staff has no knowledge how to authenticate. But later I had it checked with some people who authenticate the shoes and also on the check check app and it turned out to be authentic and the things I noticed were only manufacturing defects.

They sell products for a much higher price than other online stores, basically ripping people off like the usual scalpers. They also change the prices of their products constantly. Customer support don't respond unless you contact them several times.

After 14 days over they emailed me saying if I want to confirm the order I need to pay 20% of the amount.
Why they didn't tell me that on the first day or second third day. Why to wait 14 days to give me this excuse.

The app fails so much in user experience. The app will deceive you that you will receive the item immediately but actually they will send it over the last day of the date they are giving, no sense of urgency and not even an option to fasten your delivery even if you can afford it.
Poor customer service orientation. They don't have 24/7 support to compensate for the inefficient tracking system they have. No real-time tracking. The only customer service medium they have are phone and email and no they don't pick up on holidays and weekends. No chat support neither, and no toll-free hotlines neither. But guess what, their customer support will go the extra mile to explain to you that it is not their fault, bravo.
The items are a bit pricey compared to other platforms and of course you will think it could be because of the premium service, but nope, no premium service for you.
I don't know if I missed it, but they also don't let you know if your item will come from the tip of Mt. Everest or Mars... if you want it, order it and die waiting for it.
This app doesn't deserve to stay.
