I paid $23.99 for the unlock and after a few days they requested another $68... to unlock my phone... I placed my order on the 10th of June and it's now June 27th... and my phone is still not unlocked. I requested a refund and was told the refund was issued... but I never received anything.
I tried to sim unlock an iPhone 14 Pro. Initial price of $28.24 hours later they tried to charge me an additional $103. So a total of $131. There was nothing in the advertisement saying anything about an additional $103. So I did not go through with the final unlock. Now I have to battle them for a refund for services not rendered. If the won't give me a refund, I'm gonna do a charge back and see how they like paying an additional fee and losing the money they tried to scam me out of.
They are scam. I paid 69 euros and waited for 30 days but nothing was unlocked. They offered to steal 50% of the money which I thought would be better than losing the whole amount. I am still waiting to see if they will refund the 50% after scamming only 50% or not.
I paid 28.00 CAD to have phone unlocked. Then the next day they wanted an additional 75.00 CAD. I of course did not pay, because then they will probably ask for more. Plus I can get it done for half that price. Asked for my money back; they would not give it.

Vodafone should unlock your phone for free but direct you to this site. Is that legal? You pay a fee of approx £7 with no indication that a further fee of £29 is required to complete the process. Finally, the whole process took nearly four weeks. Outrageous and another reason I am no longer a Vodafone customer. Once it came through, it worked.
Quite a bad and long experience. I led to believe it was about £10.00 but the through the process I had to pay a further £34.00 to complete the unlocking process which took 5 days in total.
