I recently applied for a job posting and was thrilled when my CV was shortlisted. I was then invited to submit an introductory video, which I promptly completed and sent in. Following this, I was scheduled for an interview with Vjosa Jones, which I confirmed via email.

Unfortunately, on the day of the interview, the interviewer failed to show up. I reached out to Vjosa Jones and the HR team via email, but my messages were met with complete silence.

This experience has left a sour taste, highlighting a concerning level of unprofessionalism.

Daniel and Vjosa have been a pleasure to work with, every step of the process they helped us find the right person for the job, and went above and beyond getting cold calling training specific for our industry niche. Things took a bit longer than expected because of our specific requirements, but we were kept in the loop the whole time. Highly recommended!

I used to use Upwork to hire freelancers but it became ever more difficult to find good candidates for my VA roles. The trouble is Fiverr and Upwork have no screening methods leaving me to feel like a recruiter rather than a business owner. For the same price Octotasker screened the candidates for me and provided exactly what I wanted.

I hired x3 and they are still with me now. One has gone full time and the other two are still freelancing.

They talk very nicely and build up high expectations,but then leave with money when cannot deliver what was promised. Out of hired 3 contractors they delivered only 3 candidates that did not have neither the skill, nor the motivation to complete their work hours and put in thought into their daily tasks. The employees were horrible, fired, and were not replaced as was promised, so we're left with money stolen and 0 employees hired. The employees even got their payment for the slow and ineffective work, and left happily. Same with the octotasker - they got their payment and bailed when they had to deliver. Horrible service.

Other people after my public post also reached out and mentioned similar situation with the same company. Avoid at all costs.

Octotasker exceeded my expectations in building an exceptional team of appointment setters. Their professionalism, efficiency, and ability to provide quality candidates were outstanding. I have worked with this company now going on 6 months. They are extremely knowledgable and have essentially the best english speaking VA's I personally in my 15 years of hiring overseas have seen.

There crazy intense vetting process ensures that the VA's are top notch.

Don't get me wrong though, they are definitely expensive, but they are so worth it. Would you rather spend $5,000 on bad hires or a few hundred on ensuring you get the best of the best...

Don't make the mistakes I made and try to figure out which VA is going to deliver. Spend the couple dollars and get one that can actually do what they say.

I have been working for the company for a while now, and have previously worked for the founder before. I have never had any issues with the company nor the clients we maintain. Like every company it has it's flaws, but eveyron in the company is focused everyday on improving and growing the company. I have always been treated with respect and have always been paid on time and accordingly. Professionally I have grown as a person, and have learned a lot while working here! For applicants and potential clients I can't recommend this company enough.
