Took a years payment with no warning. Refused request for refund even though no boxes had been sent. Now want me to pay for postage every month as well that's almost half the cost of the box. Only option they gave was paying the extra postage for the box I don't want or they keep my money and give me nothing. STEER CLEAR!

Love this box, have had it for 3 months 1 box with a pokemon theme, one with sakura and the last with a food theme. All contain a nice mix of makeup, beauty and bath products. The shipping is soo fast and doesn't get stuck on importing to the UK

I just got my first box ~ the Sakura Beauty Spa Vol. 50 March 2021 box ~ and I could not be more happy! The box is $35 usd per month, and the website makes it super easy to edit your subscription. The final charge for me was $47.49 usd - I live in Canada, so it's a bit more with the currency conversion, but I would order again. Their theme this month was Sakura bath / spa time! I love and will use everything in this box - you can also give the items as gifts if you have no use for them. The packaging is all so beautiful, and the colors are very sweet and soft. I think it would make a fantastic gift for a teen or youth getting into makeup or for anyone who loves beauty products. I also WON one of their contests for a free box, so I'm super excited about that! Each month, the box has a theme - check the website / social media to find out the theme for the month you're subscribing. They also offer a ton of promotions - it seems there is a code for free product(s) every month - I received a bonus product in my box because I used a promotional code. They have picture contests and other ways to win entire subscriptions. Give them a try! (:

The variety that this box offers is awesome. Some of the items do get repeated but it's still always different such as the unique face masks that come in every box. Many of the products that I use, I have discovered through this box and also the unique contests and giveaways that they hold. As a bonus, following them on social media has also been rewarding. The price is reasonable too and I think anyone interested should try it at least once! My only concern would be the extremely long shipping time. Sometimes I wonder if my box will ever come, but I'm used to that now since I know it takes slightly over a month.

Such a cute subscription box! I love how all the products are things that would be difficult for me to find here because I get to try something new! I also like that in their monthly booklet it tells you if it's from Japan or Korea. But my favorite thing about this monthly box is the cute themes they pick! It's a great value and a nice way to treat yourself to some self care and beauty products that you won't find on your local store shelves, I'll be ordering again :)

It arrived earlier than expected, brings quite nice things, with each box I'm having more variety in makeup and face products that I didn't know, I'm anxious for the next box, I already have 2 and I love them.

I just received my box this morning and I have to say how cute it is. The products are high quality and the adorable packaging is the icing on the cake. As with the previous box delivery was fast and trackable and came on time. Would recommend to anyone who loves beauty products or wants a nice treat for them selves

Like the color pink and cherry blossoms? Then you'll love this box! It's entirely sakura themed and contains items from makeup, skincare, bath time favorites and two beauty items! My favorite was the Hello Kitty dark nude lipstick but also the Kitty Ears Headband :)

I love nomakenolife sub box :) I've been a subscriber since I first saw the box a couple of years ago. You get a generous number of Japanese ( and now Korean as well) beauty products and tools along with a booklet explaining proper use of the items. Often there are little stories about the historical and cultural importance of ingredients and there are ALWAYS competitions to win more products. I have adapted many items into my daily skin/body/Haircare and make up routines. The mods of the Facebook page are very involved in their community and fun to chat to. The box itself is very sturdy- I've Only has one product damaged and that was clearly a courier issue, but they still replaced the item( it was a pack of ten sheet masks)

The box arrived after almost two months but it was worth the wait! I was really excited to get it from the post office. The box is so cute. Nicely packed, with a pink paper inside. Cute items! Can't wait to use them all. And can't wait for my next box again!

I always love getting my NMNL box in the mail! It's like Christmas every time! I really like that it's a good mix between makeup and skincare products so it never gets too repetitive. The company is great about giving little teaser emails leading up to your box being sent so you have an idea of what kind of products you'll be receiving. The booklet included always breaks down each item - especially useful if you can't read Japanese or Korean - and also has some cute additional pages like "What's Your Vibe!" based on your zodiac sign as well as additional contests they have! It's always a treat to get the pink box!

I live in Canada and the box got here ONE DAY after shipping. I ordered January 31st, the box shipped February 4th and arrived February 5th. I am deeply impressed, that's the fastest shipping I've had on anything since the pandemic started. The box had definitely been tossed around a little during the process, I could see dents and even a small partial puncture hole on one side. There was no bubble wrap or anything, the items were just loose inside the box, but nothing was damaged at all. (Tbh most of it was not very breakable)

The items inside are really nice, it felt like opening a present someone had sent me. I will definitely be open to purchasing again if another box catches my eye.

The 3-month plan was a delightful experience to try. Every product came to me was in a super nice quality, and in a rather good condition knowing that it crossed almost the entire world to get to me. The exclusivities and essentials among the beauty products were various and beautiful, mysteriously matching my eyes and skin colors. Even during Covid-19 I could receive my boxes on time and if not, I benefited an excellent customer service to help my finding my goodies.
I will probably renew the plan I chose, knowing the first try was such a good experience.
