Good support and decent tax software last year. This year, their portal doesn't recognize my old password, so I'm unable to re-set it! They also do not answer the phone, after an hour on hold! Even the chat is extremely slow. I might need to make a change so I can help my clients!
I have been using a few different tax software past decade. MyTaxpreOffice is excellent software and the help from an experienced support team is also outstanding. Calculating College tuition credit with one click of a button made it so easy. Andres is very knowledgeable
I have been using this software for 7 years in my 1 person home office Tax Business and find it very usefull for lower price, but this year it is not fully up to date for new Minnesota tax law. But support should have it fixed soon.

Great customer service at all times, clear any concerns, and walk you through your confusion. I will recommend this software to anyone is easy to understand, and customer service is always there to support you.
The software is a strong value at the price range charged. Compared to other vendors, several of the big ger-name tax software vendors have more bells and whistles in their software but they are significantly higher in price range.
Finally got a tech expert who help me with recalculations of a amended return. Tech seen there was no change in the amended calculations and she recopied and add the 1040x and the calculations appeared

Our software does not include background customization or wallpapers, so there may be some confusion with another program. We also don't have old files stored in our software, but we do store returns and documents in the cloud which are easy to access as shown below.
