I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed, I ordered 2 DNA tests, in my nature they could not even determine my gender! Female gender - do not write correctly, male gender is also not correct! What can you do there? She asked me to return the money - for the upgrade to the test my health did not return the money. I wrote to tech support many times - no help. I do not advise.
