They did fix my ring the second time I sent it in. I only wish that they would have contacted me instead of me having to send it back again. Some stones were not right and I was willing to pay to have them replaced. But had to pay to send them back to replace the stone when if ask I would have told them to go ahead. But great job they did so you don't need to worry about anything!
I was very impressed by thier at home trial rings and decided to use them for a wedding band. They did an awesome job and worked to make me happy! Very awesome company. Can't wait to order again and geta variety of bands to change out the look of my engagement ring!

Wanted to return an item within the 30 day window. After much back and forth they says no, item needed a security tag. No tag was on the item initially, it was on the main ring. They offered to resize, but the band didn't support the ring with a large stone. When I originally inquired to purchase an additional band, I was quoted almost $200 more than I was charged for the first band.
The engagement ring is beautiful, the band is cheap and thin. Company is not easy to work with, go to a local jeweler and save yourself the headache. There's not much difference in cost.
