I used them a few times in the past and received my order, but it was never in the 1 hour they guarantee on their website. It would always take several hours, sometimes up to 24 hours. Until the last order I made, it was never delivered, and I get no response whatsoever from them via email or their online chat when I try to communicate to get help. Do not use this service, it's too unreliable, and I just lost a lot of money on it. If you need in-game money, use gamereasy instead. They actually talk to you and deliver promptly, have better options and better english.
Well another gold seller site that engages in non-stop spamming in various MMO games. So at best, shady method of doing business. At worst, another phishing site that wants your account/credit card/bank/identity info for nefarious uses later.
Also these sites violate the EULA. So if you ever get reported or caught, your account is going to go bye-bye.
It's been 11 days since making a test purchase from this site. I have not heard a single word from them since the day I gave them my money. I've used different gold selling sites in the past, but this is the first time I've been outright frauded. I've now opened a PayPal dispute - we'll see if they finally respond to me now.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MMOCAT.COM.
Edit: shortly after posting this review, I got a refund from the seller via the PayPal Resolution Centre. I guess I can't say they frauded me at this point, they just chose not to deliver on my purchase, and then didn't communicate with me until I forced their hand. Buyer beware, as always. Do your research, and if a "business" smells fishy, it probably is.
I have tried, is legit, delivered in 1 hour, bad things is that you need to pay the Paypal fees and this is not reported in the website, you know it only on Paypal checkout.
Another chinese gold selling site that likes to steal your account information and hijack your mmo characters. BE WARNED!
Answer: My guess is they ran out of gold for your particular game and rather than notifying customers, they are taking your money and seeing who will bother to file a dispute to get their money back. They will not respond to you if you try to reach them directly. However, if you file a dispute via the Paypal resolution centre (or with your credit card company), you will probably get a refund quite promptly, as I did. Good luck.
