Recently I have ordered oppo reno7 display folder, it has heating up problem, and it is verry verry cheap quality, it doesn't take return and complicated for replace, its all are frode company, stammers, pls anybody don't buy anything

They are selling fake and fraudulent products. I have complained to the National Consumer Helpline about this.

मैंने Maxbhi.com से एक पुराने फोन Lenovo K9 का combo display दिनांक 4-11-2025 को खरीदा था, और वह पार्ट मुझे 10-11-2025 को मिला। उसे मैंने खोलकर चेक किया कि डिस्प्ले चालू है या नहीं। मोबाइल से कनेक्ट करके देखा तो वह काम कर रहा था, लेकिन बाद में मैंने नोटिस किया कि डिस्प्ले का ग्लास और उसकी LCD सही जगह पर नहीं थे, जिससे वह मोबाइल में फिट हो ही नहीं सकता था। आम तौर पर कोई भी कंपनी पार्ट्स भेजने से पहले अगर माल खराब होता है तो उसे waste material मानकर फेंक देती है या फिर सही करके भेजती है।
मेरा सवाल यह है कि यह वेस्ट माल कंपनी ने देखकर क्यों भेजा? इससे मेरा ₹1,088 रुपये का नुकसान हो गया। जब मैंने इसे replacement request में डाला तो उन्होंने कहा कि इसके ऊपर की "पन्नी" क्यों निकाली। उनके हिसाब से अब इस पर कोई वारंटी नहीं है। उन्होंने मुझे यह waste parts भेजा, जो कोई काम का नहीं है। कंपनी ने देखकर भी ऐसा खराब पार्ट भेजा जो बिल्कुल बेकार है।
अब मैं क्या करूँ? मैंने उनसे कॉल पर बात भी की और replacement request डालने के बाद भी मुझे ही कॉल करना पड़ा। इनकी कॉल पॉलिसी ऐसी है कि 11-11-2025 की सुबह 10 बजे उन्होंने सिर्फ़ 4 सेकंड के लिए कॉल किया और काट दिया। उसके बाद मैंने कॉल किया तो काफी देर तक बात करने के बाद उन्होंने कहा कि थोड़ी देर में HR टीम से कॉल आएगा। उसी समय जब मैं अपने फोन से किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति से बात कर रहा था, तभी उनका कॉल आया — मैं उठाने ही वाला था कि वह भी 2 से 3 सेकंड में कट गया। फिर मैंने दोबारा कॉल किया, तब भी उन्होंने यही कहा कि "हम जब कॉल करें तब बात करके अपनी समस्या बताना।" उन्होंने कहा कि मैं तुम्हारी शिकायत फिर से टीम लिस्ट में डाल देता हूँ, लेकिन उसके बाद किसी का कॉल नहीं आया।
मैंने सिर्फ़ डिस्प्ले के ऊपर की पन्नी हटाई थी और फिर से लगा दी थी। उस पर कहीं भी नहीं लिखा था कि यह warranty seal है। अब मैं इस वजह से काफ़ी confused और परेशान हूँ कि क्या करूँ ताकि कंपनी मेरा केस आगे बढ़ाए।
इस कंपनी ने 12-11-2025 को मेरी replacement request को रिजेक्ट कर दिया, जिससे मैं अब पूरी तरह हैरान और परेशान (harassment) हो चुका हूँ।

Worest experience with custmer support they could not ur voice dont buy this site dont buy online also

I have placed order one item but they always take the money in advance and then refund in maxbhi wallet to force us to buy again from them.So if the ordered item if it's not available should not be in stock written but they don't show it, take the money and cancel the order on there own without giving intimation. I would suggest to just go to local repair shop atleast u won't get scammed fix will be done in front of you with full transparency.

Maxbhi saala tu kutta aur haram khor hai. Saale teri office mein ghus kar hockey stick se teri khopdi par itna zor se maroon me tera bheja bahar aa jaye aur tu wahin mar jaaye. Jis tarah tu logon ko scam karta hai tujhe ye haram ki kamayi raas nahi aayegi. Tu aur tere saare employees kutte ki maut maren. Tujhe ek boon paani na naseeb ho. Saale kutte, suar, haramkhor.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed. The display received did not work. Refund and replacement refused. Lost my money.

Maxbhi are cheaters and put the blame on clients. They say they tried to call but never call. Not even a miss call. They send a wrong product and when we return it back after paying, they reply saying that we have damage the product and it cant be replaces

Support team k naam par AI laga rakha hai... Coustomer support me koyi active nahi. Agar aap business k view se order laga rahe hai to galti se nahi lagana Mene 8th September 2025 ka order laga rakha hai 12th September 2025 hai abhi 6.20pm tak koyi update hai. JAB KI 10TH SEMESTER 2025 KA DATE MENSON HAI IN K SIDE SE... Jab bhi call karo courier team k naam se apna palla jhar lete hai
Or bol rehe hai 24 to 48 hours me team update kare Head of management se baat nahi kara rahe... Na support hai... Poor experience... for Maxbhi. Product hi nahi meela photo kya post karu

I have purchased so many product from these people but the problem it came one time that they have sent wrong display and i requested to kindly replace as this display is of no use to me. But they are saying i have placed wrong display and error is from my side. Just money making no support. So would suggest dont buy from here better purchase from offline store

Scammers Sends a faulty products and replacement policy always die for client I have send item back to still 15days no resolve or not telling when was this next shipment sent DON'T BUY ANYTHING MAYBE YOUR NEXT TARGET FOR MAXBHI

I ordered 1+ Nord display from them, after installation found the fingerprint scanner is not working, display is lagging, even many features line double tap to wake up and screen off while on call are not working. Display dims any time and its worst quality display I must say.

I ordered a front camera for the Realme GT Master from Maxbhi. The first item delivered was not compatible with my device, so I returned it. Maxbhi then sent a replacement — again, the camera was not supported. I returned it once more, hoping for a proper resolution. Now, Maxbhi claims the returned item is in a damaged condition, which is completely false. This is clearly an attempt to deny the refund. I handled the product carefully and returned it exactly as received. This entire experience has been frustrating and unethical. Maxbhi is not a trustworthy company. I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing anything from them.totally fraud company Just got a call from customer care they said we will give you 10% refund

मैने maxbhi से realme narzo 30 a का चार्जिंग बोर्ड मंगवाया था लेकिन उसने किसी और मॉडल का भेज दिया और फिटिंग नहीं हुआ कंप्लेन करने पे दो दिन बाद रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट लिया ।वो भी अपने से कोरियर द्वारा रिटर्न करना है जिसका चार्ज Rs 100 आ रहा और प्रोडक्ट का प्राइस 220 था ।बताओ इतनी फालतू सर्विस कौन देता है ।गलती करे कंपनी और नुकसान उठाए कस्टमर।सावधान रहे सतर्क रहे एसे फ्रॉड कंपनी से।

Don't buy fake products from this $#*!er, they wont replace products and we need to pay multiple courier charges from our pockets they wont have pick up they are saying

All are bad product, don't buy here, they will send you a different item and do not give refund or replacement.

Bought a battery from Maxbhi, it swelled up in just 4 days. Phone started overheating, battery drained like water. Their replacement process is useless. Total waste of money. Not buying anything from here again. Beware!

Dont buy anything from maxbhi first they send faulty products then they wont refund you or replace the same item.Recently I have been scammed by them. I suggest everyone dont buy anything from them
