I was very impressed with their efficiency. I called before applying because I had a question on the application, and the lady (I did not get her name) patiently answered all my questions. Then after about 2 weeks, I called to see if they had an estimated time for getting my passport back. I talked to the same lady, who told me the date she had processed my visa and checked the tracking number and gave me an estimated time of delivery, which was accurate.

I was very nervous at first what to expect from this site, however, after dealing with Jane at the call center, I was very confident that the services I paid for would be for filled and would be for filled with exceptional customer care. This is of course what happened. I was assistant through every step of the visa application process and every dollar spent on this service was worth it. So glad to have used this company and would recommend it to anyone Who needs to get an Indian visa in a pinch.
