Maaco

This Maaco shop is privately owned and operates more like a typical body shop. The salespeople try to up-sell you to more expensive services. They do NOT participate in Maaco's promotional programs like the current $699. Complete paint special. To get a basic paint job my car at this location cost me almost $1500, and the finish had multiple flaws and issues. There is another Maaco shop on nearby Western Ave. That offers better prices. You should check them out first.

I brought my car in after having backed into a poll, with a small dent in the rear panel and a few scratches. I ended up bringing it back three more times to fix mistakes they made, including forgetting to attach a bracket and a misaligned rear panel. Their customer service is dreadful. One time I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. The employee at the front desk looked at me, picked up a part and gave it to another employee, saying "This goes on her car". He then walked out. The final blow was when I asked the manager Dave if he had seen the panel, because it was so badly misaligned. His response was, and I quote, "You crashed it, that's the best we can do". I filed a complaint with their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to either and so my case was closed without any resolution. Avoid this business at all costs.

Wife backed in to the mailbox scratched the paint and put a little dent in the bed. When it was done I looked at the work, clear coated the TRD decals over spray paint under the wheel well miss paint spots. The mgr said that he would repaint it was poor quality. Brought it back to have it repainted he had it for a week turn out worse the second repair. The mgr kept offering me a veterans discount Charged $648.25. Brought my truck to a credible body and paint company, it will cost me $1009. 10 to correct the poor paint job.
