I would give this company zero stars if possible Travelopick and Lookbyfare. They are very deceptive and unprofessional. I was charged three times for a reservation of three airline tickets, but I was unable to board any of the flights. Additionally, they charged my son and nephew's cards when we tried to book another flight, which we also couldn't board. The total charges to my card were $409.23 multiplied by three, amounting to $1,227.69. My son and nephew were each charged $698.23, totaling $1,396.46. Despite these significant amounts, I am still unable to obtain a refund. When I called customer service, they claimed that our records showed we boarded the flight. If that were the case, why would we have incurred such high charges? As a result, I had to have a family member purchase a ticket for me to get home. I've lost a substantial amount of money dealing with this company. When I called back, a representative named Dedrick was very rude and unprofessional. I am devastated by this experience and have suffered a huge loss with no clear answers. Please do not use this company.

Never ever should you use this company.I booked and payed for a flight with lookbyfare from schiphol (netherland) to orlando (florida). The flight was booked 3 months in advance. Everything looked fine until we (man, wife and 2 children) arrived at the airport. We could not get the plane tickets because they were not payed for by lookbyfare. We called the support line of lookbyfare and stayed on the line for 3 hours! They were not able to fix it and we missed our flight. In the end we only had the option to get our money back from lookbyfare and that was it. We were able to buy new tickets from KLM to fly to orlando, but that cost us a lot more money. Furthermore since we missed out flight, there was not a direct flight anymore and we were put on the standby list of the flights. In the end instead of a 11 hour flight, it took us more than 20 hours to get to orlando. It was a real nightmare. We did get out money back from lookbyfare (after about 7 days) but did not get any excuses about how this was taken care off. So be aware if you choose lookbyfare.
My husband and I travel often, and generally don't have issues with booking or websites; however, this website was different. After I booked my flights, it took about 6 hours for my credit card to be charged, which left us wondering if we really had a reservation. After it finally posted with our ticket numbers, the plane seat tickets that we paid $128 for didn't show up on my United app. I called the LookByFare number and was told "trust me," the seats will appear on our reservation the day before our flight leaves, even though the seats still appear to be available right now on the United website. The company did reach out to me to try to resolve the issue with the seats that we purchased, so that was appreciated and the situation was successfully resolved in a few days.
Hard to tell when I'm getting there with the time zones in action, making it tough for me to plan my trip, but was able to obtain clarity from customer service.

Follow up: It really seemed "to good" to be true because of how quick and smooth everything went. Well it was a great experience. Will definitely highly recommend!

As Canadian citizen, the indication of the USD purchasing was NOT clearly shown. The rate of Canadian currency in exchange for US was at 40%. Which was not clearly indicated to the customer. Therefore Your company did Not provide me with a better deal on my ticket from Montreal to Vancouver. I found a better price on Expedia.

I was looking for a very reasonable ticket at the very last minute and LookByFare came through for me right on time. I got no disappointment and they did not raise the fare between purchasing and confirmation as I have experienced with other sites. LookByFare was a savior.
Very easy, simple to use and good pricing from other sites. Happy. Though I did not get the exact time I originally picked but I got a good price for my 2nd choice. Just be prepared to make a back up time.
