I am a long time customer who has automatic shipping. My order has always been correct and exactly on time. I wont shop anywhere else.
Pro - Delivery was fairly prompt.
Con - Be certain you know the exact product you need. Let's be real... buying incontinence products online can be tricky, especially if you have never ordered them before. LL Medico's customer service wanted to charge me $19 for shipping to return a purchase even though I offered to exchange for a different product. Instead of dealing with them, I donated the unused, unopened packs of adult briefs to a local charity. I now buy online from Carewell which has a consumer friendly return policy and better professional customer service. I was a bit skeptical about using LL Medico in the first place and will never buy from them again. I learned my lesson, Carewell is much better as they understand consumer needs.
The prices are good and the shipping is fast. I genuinely like the company. But wow do they need to take discretion more seriously. My order showed up in a factory box, clearly labeled all over on the outside. If that wasn't clue enough, the hand holes popped in the sides were perfectly placed to showcase a picture of a brief from the bags inside. I guess everyone in my apartment building's mailroom knows my medical biz now from the looks they gave me when I picked it up. Thanks for that.

My review is about their customer service. They go above and beyond I've never had a company pay so much attention to my orders. Above and beyond still does not rate them high enough they're way beyond that I appreciate them so much.

We are just now seeing this review. Yes, we charge for shipping returns back to us for large cases. If you check Carewell's return policy, they charge a 15% restocking fee and don't say anywhere that they offer free shipping back for returns. This review sounds more like an advertisement for Carewell from someone who works for them. I checked our records and there were no orders for a customer with a name Diane S, 3 months leading up to 12/8/21.
