I have done minor purchases in the past with no issues. This time the shipping box was dented by the shipping company affecting 4 led panels and as soon I alerted LightUp they quickly shipped a replacement. All in a timely manner. Thank you.
I was having issues with my puck lights on my Glass Baron display cabinet. I had a three piece halogen bulb system that would burn up my bulbs after a few days of running them. I replaced the ballast twice and each time I got no power to it. I got fed up messing with it so I decided, " mehh to heck with it. Let's replace the entire lighting system." I ordered a new setup through light up in a LED version and absolutely love it. My crystals and fossils really look good now!

I can not give enough praise to dealing with LiteUp and their awesome and second to none Customer Service. This company will pull out all the stops to make your buying experience trouble free and rewarding. Be it the outstanding customer service or the great prices and reasonable shipping, I can not say enough about this positive shopping experience. I recently purchased a LumeGen floodlight for a pedestal work light and wow is all I can say about this product and the availability to select multiple wattages at the flick of DIP switch. Lightup operates from New Stanton, Pennsylvania along with its parent company, Online Stores, Inc. for the manufacturing and shipping of their goods provided. Lightup also uses a second location in Youngwood, Pennsylvania and a third facility in Sparks, Nevada to help in the shipping and facilitating their products to its customers on the west coast. The New Stanton location has 100k square foot warehouse that is used.
The site carries an abundance of options for its lighting products and is even home to Online Stores Inc. exclusive brand, LumeGen, available through lightup.com. Among the options for products on the site are grow lights, indoor and outdoor commercial lights, exit and emergency lights, high bays, recessed lighting and under cabinet light fixtures.
Lightup sells products from larger brands in the lighting industry such as Sylvania, GE Lighting, Euri Lighting, Keystone and Morris.
Lightup works with UL Solutions or UL, LLC, one of a number of safety organizations that is approved by the United States federal agency, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to perform safety testing, as well as with Intertek, a British multinational company that focuses on product testing, assurance, inspection and certification for its products safety certifications.
Lightup also receives some its energy conservation qualifications from Energy Star, a U. S, Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Energy ran program and Design Lights Consortium (DLC). Design Lights Consortium is according to their website, "a non-profit organization with a mission to achieve energy optimization by enabling controllability with a focus on quality, people, and the environment."
Lightup does offer wholesale options to qualifying customers and has a blog designed to educate and inform its readers and customers on energy efficiency and products that can help achieve this and the reasons behind it.
