Learnwithmochi

Mochi mochi! I bought the beginner "Learn With Mochi" kit with the planets adventure. Story book pages are followed by a series of coding prompts and personal exploration. The coding board will require parental help to assemble, but worth it. We've had the kit for 3 months now, and my daughter has played with her Mochi almost every day. She is even taking the little brown bear that comes inside the kit with her to the park! Overall, a fun family adventure and great learning too

Backed this "Learn with Mochi" on Kick Starter in October. Kicker Starter charged me for the product in November. It is the end of December and have not received any shipping notification yet.

I paid $80 for shipping and I paid $349 for the Inventors kit. It was guaranteed before Christmas.

I have sent many e-mails to learnwithmochi.com. I sent e-mails to Cathy, Mark, Support, and Daria. I left comments on the Mochi page for Kick starter. No-one has responded to my e-mails or comments.

I have no product. I have no shipping information.

My wife suggested I ask for a refund. From who? No-one will talk to me. As far as I'm concerned, this is a scam.
