I bought Samsang Galaxy S20 phone which was faulty and they rejected my return. When contact them about item, they just ignored my request. If I was in Australia, I would have taken Lazada to the court however I am in Phillipines. Its really shame to see that they cheat on poor fillipino.
Ordered covers for couch. Came in totally different from pictured. Tried to return. Seller won't pick up. No help lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
More than 2 weeks now and I still don't have my refund yet! More than 2 weeks since I filed for return after receiving a broken TV. I did multiple contacts already with their customer service and have been lied multiple times. Inconsistent answers and resolution. TV is already dropped off and no one seems to care about my concern anymore. No one will entertain me via chat and they only respond once a day via email. Spoke with seller said they can't do anything on their end. Refund might take another 7 days or more which is very frustrating! LAZADA doesn't care about their customers and only cares about money! Very disheartening considering this is my hard earned money and my first ever purchase with them.
I seldom had problems with lazada's delivery service before. However, in the past few months I have noticed more and more of my orders are being tagged as failed delivery for reasons that are simply untrue. Usual cited reasons are either customer (me) requested to cancel order or that I am unreachable of that I am not at home to receive delivery. These should never have been issues as #1 I've never refused deliveries before and I haven't even received a single call/message from a delivery courier. Let alone, my presence in the apartment was never necessary for a delivery to be completed as the apartment's reception/staff have always received packages on my behalf.
You get what you order or the money back. Unfortunately, this assertion tends to be a sales tactic only. It appears increasingly challenging to get refunds for fraudulent activities. Protecting scammers interests is the deplorable choice made by Lazada, rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.
This scenario is intolerable, and I implore all individuals to weigh the costs and benefits of conducting business on Lazada's platform. It is wholly unacceptable, as a legal and ethical business operation, to encourage illicit practices and illegal behaviour.

I ordered products from Lazada, order placed on 24 Mar 2024.
When package arrived 31 Mar 2024 the parcel was broken.
I returned the products Placed on 1 April 2024.
On 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you.
Because of the parcel was broken they stated.
So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them?
They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept.
Until today they only come with lame excuses.
Rest assured, bla, bla, bla.
I have done my last shopping@ Lazada.
Their freight company (lex ph) and customer service is so very bad.
I have been a longtime buyer of Lazada products and had not encountered any delivery problems. But lately, all my orders has not been delivered. I will jus get a failed delivery advise and then sorry we can no longer deliver your item. So frustrating with the incompetent, lousy and poor delivery service by couriers assigned. I gave up and decided to buy from a better online store. I don't want to suffer from stress of their lousy service.

A Lenova laptop was bought for a new employee. It died before he could even use it. The seller is not responding and through Lazada system, it says no return warranted... and there is no human to help through Lazada. This is a laptop! Should at least come with a year warranty. What is going on with your scammer website? Need to now see if it can be repaired... order number Order **************

I ordered and had to wait 1 month to get delivered by Lazada. Then they delayed my parcel for 3 days, then no more info but still not delivered. When I contacted them they apologized for the delay but only gave me a 100php voucher to be used. Wtf?

Answer: Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
