I was looking at the Law Depot site and apparently signed up for a free trial when I was just looking to get a single document. Next thing I know, I'm charged $50 for a monthly subscription. I called immediately to explain that I will not be using the service - at all! I asked for a refund and they refused! They said this is their business model. Why would they want to take my hard earned $50 even knowing that I will not use their service? I guess they need this business model to stay in business. That tells me a lot about this company! They are unable to afford to refund my money even though they know I was tricked into a subscription and will not use the service? This isn't the kind of company I want to work with!
Both the documents I and revocable trust were a little difficult to maneuver and I was hamstrung by the not very clear boxes. Are there no instructions to guide a first time user? Thank you, Robert Hirschman
In addition to the will I would like to prepare a living trust but I don't seem to be able to get to the right page. Every time I look for the trust page it takes me back to the pour over will document.

I am self-represented I was looking for just a simple affidavit of contempt I went on our state website and found nothing I even called the county in which it has to be filed and even my local county circuit court clerk and neither could even find a form number and everyone I spoke to always says we can't give out legal advice like I don't need them to fill it out I just needed to know what form to fill out and everyone I talk to always recommends hiring a lawyer well I did that he took me for 5g represented me for 3 years but the last 15 mo I never had not 1 court appearance he took my money and ran so for all of you like me that doesn't trust lawyers no offense and want to represent yourself for whatever reason thanks to law depot I can continue to represent myself and highly recommend them
