I ordered a pair of Nike release University blue shoes and they NEVER shipped - they took my money, claimed they shipped them, provided a fake tracking number and then even provided a fake picture of them being delivered - only they werent my shoes, it wasnt my address and NO ONE from the company has even responded back! I have had to get my credit card involved under a fraud alert and still waiting on the refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Warning!

I tried selling on their platform for a couple weeks and got absolutely no sales, which is fine, and that is not what I am upset about. What I am upset about is the fact that I decided not to sell on their platform anymore, but there is no way to delete your account or any of your information they have by yourself. You have to email them and ask them to delete your account and all your information. I emailed them, got a response asking me to stay and if there was something they could do to help. I declined and asked them to please delete my account with all my information for over a month now and have gotten absolutely no response and they have still yet to delete my account. Very unprofessional and I would highly advise not to sell on their platform. Not worth it.

You're reviewing your own website, telling customers to use their common sense when purchasing products through your website just sounds like you need to stop scamming mfs put of their money, you would think you'd would use your common sense before you get caught. How pathetic. My seller had GOOD feedback... DONT worry, YOU WILL get yours, hope you have the common sense when the time is right.

This website should be removed... Total $#*!ing scammers on it. Watch out for any seller that ships FEDEX
They produce FAKE BOL stating your items had been delivered the DAY before you ordered them. LOL LOOOOOOSERS ON THIS SITE.

Seller gave me a fake tracking number, it didn't even have my address on the delivery page! Went through PayPal opened a dispute to get my money back they denied it just because it showed a "delivery" status when I provided evidence I never received anything! It's too easy to get scammed on this website just cause they use PayPal doesn't mean anything! They will find a way to get your money regardless. Now I have to file another fraud case with my bank!

There nothing but thieves. They'll take your money but won't give you authentic shoes. There were 2 fake pairs sent and they said that they were real. Jokers

I won't lie I purchased a pair of galexy rookie zooms and paid 450 this was 4-5 yrs ago and I received my kicks and they came with all the decal's no issues also a pair of Foamposite 1 all white for my girl and all was good

So the website is a poor layout. I mean it is hard to find exactly what you need and it's important when it comes to shoe sizes.
They only use PayPal. Big negative.
My main complaint is they require you to have a cell phone to verify anything. I did not want to provide them with my cell phone number and asked for an alternative way to verify... Like me calling them. They said the only way is with a cell phone so they may send a text.
So, I cancelled the order. Of-course, it's PayPal. So now I have to wait 14 days to see a refund on my PayPal account which goes back into another credit card; another 7 to 10 days before I see the refund on that card. See what I mean?
Just order from e-Bay or Amazon and save yourself a lot of trouble.

Set up a store to become a reseller on Kixify and they suspended my account because they stated that a pair of shoes that I listed was priced too low. It wasn't until I priced it similar to what other resellers had listed for the same item did they lift the suspension. This is called price discrimination and is illegal according to US federal law. If you find items to be grossly overpriced it's because they've removed any possible competition (which benefits them since they receive a commission off every sale). I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and the New York State Attorney Generals office.

Order a pair of shoes for my daughter. I thought I will give it a little time because of the COVID-19 I knew it may take a little while, Three weeks went pass and my daughter ask if I had order the shoes and I told her yes. We went on line and try to track it, nothing so I tried to get in touch wit them and I did they sent me a tracking number and told me it would be there in a couple of days. So I waited a week nothing was moving with the tracking number. So i emailed them mind you this had became a month didn't answer me so I call pay pal because that's how I paid once they got in touch with them the shoes showed up at my door. They have a lot of tricks before you order please read the reviews first. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Spent $499 on a pair for sneakers through kixify. 9 Months later, I tried selling them on GOAT and was told they weren't authentic. I reached out to kixify and they were no help. They kept referring me to Paypal for a refund. Since Paypal only covers up to 180 days, I'm out of luck. BEWARE- the site claims guarantee from Paypal, this is basically Paypal's universal coverage, whether you buy through Ebay or other sites. This company DOES NOT back their products. If anything goes wrong, you will need to go through Paypal for any recourse. If you absolutely need to use their site for a purchase, I highly recommend getting a 3rd party to authenticate the sneakers upon receipt. Remember, just because your buying through Kixify, it doesn't mean the product has been authenticated by the company. They simply facilitates the transaction, takes the fee and runs with it.
