These chairs are beautiful, but unfortunately one of the chairs arrived damaged and it was outside the return window. The handle on the back was broken and loose which is disappointing as this is the focal point of the chair. Also, the bottom lining was slashed open.
All went well. I was able to find the product I wanted, in stock, shipped and delivered as promised. It was installed and looks great. I am very satisfied with my overall experience!
Everything went as smooth as silk from ordering two delivery. I had a rather large crate delivered with exposed cardboard surrounding my shower stall. No dings. No problems.
This is criminal. I was charged and never received the item. I worked with customer service and they would claim to ship and the item would never arrive.
The sinks are fine. I should have done a. It more research as the sinks are a bit smaller than I would have liked. They are fine quality, just small.

The product arrived on time and in good condition. However, it did not fit.
The return experience was not pleasant. I had to pay $40 to return and then the re-stocking fee on top of that.
After placing the order, I received an email letting me know I needed to open the box and check to see that the order was not damaged before signing for the package. I waited to hear from the delivery company but nothing. The next day I was at work and came home to the package on my doorstep. No notification, no emails of delivery, nothing. Thank god everything was in tacked and did not need to send it back. Two days later I received a shipping notification but for someone else's order. Hope that persons order went well.
Product arrived in a timely manner and in new condition. Would use this company again.
