I can't tell you how disappointing it is to make an order for a Birthday/Valentines gift on January 20,2025 and after not receiving the purse for 3 weeks I reached out to them and was told my order was cancelled the purse was now out of stock! Had I not reached out to them I never would have have known. I responded to the email with my disappointment and was offered a 15% discount! I was left with no time to order a new bag but I learned a lesson - don't order from a facebook post! I got taken 3 times during the holidays and now disappointed by a brand that I have a closet full of. I will now move on to a new brand and hopefully more considerate customer service. By the way the customer service department was as cold as ice to my dismay!
Absolutely ridiculous company. This is my first issue with them and will not be ordering from here ever again! I placed an order on 12/6, it shipped on 12/10 and still have not received any updates on shipping through UPS as of 12/19/2024. How is it that orders from China are getting here quicker? Customer service is ignoring me completely through email and phone. I will be filing a report and a claim to try to get my money back.
Ordered a bracelet 12/4 and Kate Spade company said it shipped 12/7. It's 12/18 and UPS does not have possession of it yet. Kate Spade is making me wait 3 weeks before reporting further review. Ridiculous!
I have a couple of items from this brand that I absolutely love. I ordered a present for a family member for Christmas on black Friday. Delivery was supposed to be 12/9, it is now 12/14. Every day the delivery date keeps changing to the next day and then never arriving. I have tried emailing and calling with no response or answer. I am currently on hold for the second time because after an hour on hold they hang up on you. Currently been on hold for 1.5hours.
Purse leather wearing out and straps falling apart but since it is past the one year warrenty no help from customer service at all! Purchased for mother in law (75 years old) for her first designer purse and embarressed how this purse wore out worse then a cheap handbag. For the prices they should at least back thier product. Could have made an old lady very happy but chose to do nothing.
I asked for a bluestone purse and I got dark blue and I was waiting for the delivery more than 10 days and at the end I received a wrong order.
I do not recommend this brand.

When I contacted customer service, I
Was told the warranty had expired on
November 24, just six days earlier
They explained that the warranty only
Covers defects in materials or
Workmanship under normal use, and
Does not include issues like wear and tear, scratches, or discoloration,
However, the damage on my purse is
Clearly a defect in workmanship, not
Normal wear and tear. Their solution was for me to pay for the repair
Myself or take purse to the store
For advice on how to care for it. This
Response shows a lack of
Accountability and disregard for loyal customers.
As a result, I will never shop with
Them again. I plan to return the purse
I purchased on November 30,2024
And I strongly discourage others from
Supporting the Kate Spade Brand
Be aware of purchasing sale items and shipping them to Australia. There are no returns. I was sent two right shoes rather than a pair. They are beautiful but only good for the garbage bin. Such a shame.
Bought an item off their outlet only receive it from another Canadian city and then find out as they do not state on the site the fees. In small print they state afterwards no returns/exchanges/refunds. Basically saying ha ha sucker we have your money. Save your money and go to the local Walmart as all there crap comes from China. Zero quality.
Bought the Breeze Sandals in Sea Star color for my daughter as a Christmas present. Online ordering is not the way to go. They were on sale and I did not notice it was a nonreturnable item. Sandals are cute, but very cloggy and do not stay on the feet when walking. Extremely uncomfortable. Guess were stuck with a an $80, size 11 shoe that we'll designate as the "run the garbage out shoes." Be wary of sale items and triple check they are returnable.
Answer: Good luck with that! Once they make a sale that's it. Good luck getting in touch with a person. The brick and mortar store maybe easier to deal with, but the website is the worst. Don't do business with these guys online
