People don't use Jibjab, they just charged me on my old card from 2018 when I haven't even used Jibjab since 2018. I've just had to report them for fraud. Scam artists.
I subscribed to jib jab but didn't use it much. When it automatically renewed, a year later, I contacted customer services to cancel my subscription and they gave me a full refund with absolutely no issues. Excellent outcome and help needed/given from customer support support services.
I thought I was signing up for a month because the ad said 3$ a month and it charged me for a year. Deceptive advertising is not good business practice.
My refund was done promptly and an email sent back within an hour. Fantastic customer support and I can't thank the service agent enough for how quickly they sorted out the problem

I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. Site and cards was a lot of fun. Things change and I stopped using JibJab a couple years ago and forgot that it was on auto renew. Discovered this yesterday and went to contact them this morning. They already had provisions to request a refund online. Within hours I received a email informing me that the refund had been processed and per my request the account was cancelled.
Outstanding customer service. Excellent product.
