I ordered some scrubs for Christmas, my order was confirmed and I was really excited to try some new scrubs, well it didn't go as planned, they had some issues and didn't have available 3 of the 4 items I was purchasing, they sent the only item it was available and it was terrible, I contacted the customer service to get a refund and didn't get any solution to my problem, not purchasing ever again from that website!
I did order full price 2 uniforms- The fit was terrible- there is no phone number to call - and even though it stated 90 day return - you are unable to return- It is probably a sweat shop as you can get no answers -! Would not recommend ordering.
I purchased the correct scrub tops that were nonrefundable and they delivered and changed the size of the scrub tops I wanted when I presented my case of wrong items on their part, they told me my items were non-refundable and gave me a $15 discount instead of correcting their mistakes or refunding me.
Their phone is disconnected and I have talked with two representatives via email who have said the same thing about nonrefundable then marked the case closed and resolved with no replies back after not considering my issue solved.
I ordered large top, medium petite bottoms and both run. Odd shaped large top runs extremely small, medium petite are still very long but super tight waistband.
I need to be honest. Stellar service. I work in dermatology and we had a way to get these scrubs through our work and I ordered online and the shirt was too small in the arms but fit overall. I messaged the customer service rep and they were out of stock to replace because they were final sale. Not only did they work with me to figure out what I needed but they sent me an entire new set of scrubs in a different color in the correct size I needed because the color I originally ordered were out of stock. I'm really impressed. Thank you.
I work hard for my money and when you pay 229.12 $ for 4 pairs of scrubs pant and they are 3 size too big you should be able to exchange but not with this company! I'm infuriated!
Placed an order for scrubs May 9. An attempt at delivery was made on a Sunday, May 14. As of today May 23 I have yet to receive my package. They have kept changing the dates over and over again and there is no tracking system in place or at least not one that works. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. To make matters worse they use a delivery system called "on track", which is an absolute joke. Needless to say you can't speak to a human being. I will NEVER purchase anything from these clowns again.
They changed their sizing without a disclaimer and taking no responsibility for sending over the wrong order and size. Waste of $400+ because of 'limitations of their system'.

If there was zero star rating I would give them zero! I placed my orders on December 28 and it's been 2 weeks no update on tracking info, USPS did not receive the item yet, 7 days ago I emailed them and they blamed on usps and asked me to wait, I emailed them back since then 6 days in a raw stating that usps did not receive the item and probably it's lost there is no point to wait no more, either return my money or resend the items, so 6th day of emailing them and NO reply yet! They are ignoring my emails! This is unbelievable! I would not recommend anyone to buy this brand! The customer service is horrible! I'm very upset and disappointed!
The clothes run very slow and they have a very short return window. And the scrubs I chose were $100. I can't wear them or return them. There is no way to speak to them!
Great quality, stylish designs, and fade-resistant fabric. My only gripe is that the shipping takes at least one week and tracking the package doesn't have any updates. Overall, I am satisfied and will only wear Jaanuu scrubs. I am 5'4", 117 lbs, and wear size XXS bottoms and XS tops.
Ordered a quite expensive set of scrubs ($80+). Its been A WEEK and the package is still on the other side of the country per the tracking number. Confirmation email has NO ORDER NUMBER and they are unreachable by phone. No phone number listed anywhere. What kind of company runs like this? Don't buy from them unless you feel like gambling with your money.
They have no problems taking money out of customers accounts, but then customers can't reach them. RIDICULOUS.
What a nightmare my first experience with this company was! I wear scrubs (medical staff tops) all the time and have never had such a bad experience. I'm one of those people who reads every word and checks the size chart and remeasures myself every few weeks and have never had to return a scrub to any company before because of size. The chart said I should order a Large, but since the top was nonreturnable I ordered the next size larger just to make sure. But that top lacked 4 inches even meeting! No way to zip it up! And laid flat it did not match sizing either. Under these conditions (defectively sized or mistagged size in the top) I thought I should get a refund. So I sent an email to customer service, but the person who replied did not understand the issue at all and referred to PANTS I ordered, but I only ordered the one item and it was a top. So I'm out about $50 bucks!
Jaanuu does not have a customer service phone number, which is absolutely astonishing. Wine color is much darker than pictured. They photo presents a bright rose/crimson red but the actual color is dark brown red. Very misleading. The relaxed fit pants drawstring is NOT elastic, therefore you have to untie and tie them every time you go to the restroom. The top arm holes are too tight. I'm very disappointed, especially for as expensive as they are. I responded to their email to write a review on their website, turns out they only PUBLISH GOOD REVIEWS, which is very dishonest! My review was never posted.
I ordered my 1st Jaanuu scrub last week and they offered on the website a free express shipping. Within 3 days I received it and OMG it's the best Scrub I've ever had. And this is based on experience since I've tried Figs, $#*!ie's, Mob, & some more local brand thats offered by a friend. But JAANUU is Totally so Underrated. They have tons of options for colours, designs, & Measurements. Just a quick tip, when you're buying a top scrub scroll through the images and look at the exact bottom scrub, then buy it with that. Also make sure to read every options very clearly since the measurements are stated already, and you'll receive an almost fit just for your size scrub suits. I'm definitely buying again!
Decided to give these scrubs a try. Never received an order confirmation and when I tried to get ahold of customer service it is an absolute disaster with no response. The site even states that I don't have any orders? So I have no way of tracking my order because I have no number. They did pull the payment out of my account but I have NOT heard anything from them since. I will NOT be ordering from this company ever again!
Customer Service is non-existent. Shipping is horrible. If they say 1 week expect 3-4 weeks

I made an order at 8:21AM EST with expedited shipping and realized within minutes that I had listed the wrong delivery address, so I immediately reached out with the correction. I got an e-mail confirming that Jaanuu had received my e-mail with correction at 8:24AM EST, 3 minutes following receipt of the order confirmation. The next day, I received an e-mail stating that unfortunately, due to me not reaching out within 30 minutes or during business hours, I will have to wait until the items are returned to sender, then request a refund, and then reorder the items that I had wanted. This was quite frustrating because I had adhered to Jaanu's written policy, but the e-mail that I received was dismissive and said that because I had not adhered to their policy, I would have to wait. I reached out stating that I had actually adhered to policy and was told that I could wait for return to sender and that they would honor the purchased expedited shipping for when it would be resent, missing completely the fact that I had purchased expedited shipping to receive the order the week of the purchase. While the initial mistake was on my end, Jaanuu should not have this policy if they are unable to stick to it, and as long as they do have the policy, good customer service would not have been to send an e-mail incorrectly stating that I had not acted in alignment with policy and rather helped come to a solution that resulted in delivery of the ordered items in the timeline that they were needed. This was an extremely frustrating ordeal and the response has been completely useless.
If you're into cheap scrubs with an unjustified exorbitant price tag you'll love Jaanuu. Hopefully you won't need to contact them as they are not reachable by phone. Hmmm... sketchy! Buy FIGS.
Just received 3 Jaanuu face masks. Terrible fit and function. Cant talk without the mask falling below nose and the ear straps are not adjustable. What a ripoff.
