This app sucks! You can only take out your cash when hit 25.00. The app has things that's not even sold in the store! Mainly Sam's club! I will never get to 25.00! I make out better using the Fetch app!
I was not given credit for some offers I purchased. I contacted the Ibotta Care Team. They responded so quickly, I was amazed and grateful! They resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. I love ibotta! I appreciate ibotta and the staff greatly!
It would be nice if you would support more of the store brand products, because they are a little cheaper and a lot of people life on a budget, and if you could add Food Lion to the spending app because the stores you have listed I don't live close too, they are in next town
My last receipt showed I purchased 3 boxes of Triscuits. Ibotta had a cash back for $1.00 for each box, limit of 5 boxes. I was given a $2.00 cash back instead of the $3.00 cash back. Please correct this problem and apply the extra $1.00 to my Ibotta account

I recently purchased an item from Walmart Online. There was a coupon on there for the item, so I clipped it. I also had a cash back offer through Ibotta. I did not realize that I could only get one of these. However, the agent assisting with my claim proceeded with the Ibotta offer. I am forever grateful for this App. The money I have earned has helped me out several times. And the Customer Service Representatives have done everything in their power to assist me. Thank you!
The Ibotta process works extremely well in processing receipts. For the few times that I haven't received cash back, the Ibotta customer service team has always responded promptly and generously. Thank you!
I have been using this app for years, recently I have been unfortunately coming into several issues with the app. What I will say though, if it happens on a weekend then yes you'll have to wait until a weekday for your issue to be addressed in most cases, but when it happens during the week one thing I have never been able to complain about is the customer service and support it is absolutely excellent and they go above and beyond to fix any issue or matter!
I had a problem getting cash back on an item, this doesn't happen very often, but when it does they are promptly responsive! The Help section gives good information on how to handle different topics and if you still need help you can submit a ticket from the app. They respond very fast, look into your request, and they will help you. I was very impressed.
Not sure what happened, but my money which was almost $100 disappeared around the 1st of January. They sent me directions on what to do! Great experience
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
