Do not buy at these stores! Only store credit for returns, even with a receipt! I am extremely disappointed with Hugo Boss Stores and their shady practices. Despite returning an item within 30 days with the proper receipt, I was told I could only receive store credit. Really? Even grocery stores like Publix have better return policies than this.
And then, is this a ploy to grow your email list? Refusing standard refunds but forcing customers to accept store credit issued through email? Wow. That's beyond disappointing—it's downright shady.
You may have forced me to spend $175 in your store, but rest assured, neither I, my family, nor anyone I know will ever shop here again. For anyone considering shopping at Hugo Boss Outlet, save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere—Macy's offers the same items at comparable discounts without these ridiculous restrictions on returns.
Honestly, if you take the time to look at the reviews this company has received, you'd wonder why anyone still does business with them. Their Google reviews are abysmal, and it's shocking that a brand like Hugo Boss continues to operate this way. Perhaps a boycott is in order for them to finally wake up and treat their customers better.
It's also surprising that they've managed to get prominent tennis players to endorse their products. Do these athletes know the kind of customer experience this company provides? Hugo Boss should be ashamed. If you value transparency and good customer service, avoid Hugo Boss Stores.
Treat their best employees like garbage. They will retaliate and discriminate against you in a heartbeat if you complain to HR even for the most serious things that HR is supposed to protect you from. Don't kid yourself. HR is there to protect and care about the COMPANY. NOT YOU. If you go on medical leave, they will harass you during your leave. They lie to you, trick you, etc. Horrific tactics.
Advice to Management
Get off all your high horses and start respecting and cherishing your employees. You violate their rights and the law. Despicable behavior. How can you all sleep at night? The top brass is heartless. Tight all lack empathy, compassion and all the other important traits needed to be great leaders.
I ordered 2 weeks ago and still no sign of dispatch but when i asked not able to cancel order.
First the explanation was due to Christmas but this week they say its due to Brexit. A lot of online sellers in my family and there was NO disruption due to Brexit with their deliveries. Poor copy and paste answers from customer service. I have £200 and £180 sitting with them. I could spend on a better way then fighting for it with a company like Boss?!
Terrible experience! I ordered 2 T-shirts from them and got an incorrect T-shirt with the wrong size and totally wrong color, and no receipt no return label at all! They asked me to reship the incorrect item and I only get my full refund if they received the incorrect item back. How many works did they make me do for my money back? I rather not order from them at the beginning!
Never experienced troubles with this company. I dunno why guys write that there's smth bad about it, I frequently buy their perfume and the delivery is quick enough not to feel irritation.
In fact, they offer good stuff, not only perfume, but apparel too. Remember I was wearing t-shirts from this brand. They were good enough.
I wonder how a company like Hugo Boss that has such a bad customer service department. Nobody knows anything. Nobody can make anything happen.
I ordered a belt and received the wrong one. Was a NIGHTMARE getting it returned. I wonder if their management even knows how poor it is.
I purchased a pair of Hugo Boss Alabama Comfort Fit Jeans the Hugo Boss store in Birmingham. They ripped in two places along both back pockets having only worn them a couple of times for smart evening wear. I returned the jeans to Hugo Boss head office and they agreed to offer a store credit. Having not been able to find a suitable replacement pair in store I contacted Hugo Boss head office to request a refund. They refused point blank saying that it was tough luck on the basis I had previously accepted a store credit (which I hadn't used). This was not the kind of service I'd expect from a premium brand. The customer service representative was slow to respond, totally unhelpful and unsympathetic. Consequently I am now out of pocked by £129 I will not be returning to Hugo Boss.
Buy online a suit and items in the shop and the service is excellent, good guide to dress well, will advise on the page as you combine the clothes in the store will also advise and clothes fit you. Take advantage of offers coming out for a few months
Honestly, I hate to write this negitive review about Hugo Boss, But their quality is not even close to what it used to be. Unfortunately they dont make quality products anymore and I will No longer be buying the brand.
Bad online service! After you made a purchase they are always imposiible to reach. They do not do after purchase care at all. Once you purchased it is not their problem anymore and you can call and complain everywhere you want but they don`t give a thing!
