My Hudson Blake Jeans deteriorated in the inner thigh area beneath the crouch. Mind you, I am a six foot tall person I weigh 205 pounds so there is no excess rubbing between the thighs! I contacted Hudson Jeans via email and was told their jeans only carry a 30 day warranty! Seriously HUDSON! Seriously, 30 days cover jeans that coast well over $250 a pair! Hudson Blake Jeans did not last the test of time like most loving jean wearers expect them too! $20 Levi's from Walmart, used for hard work, have lasted longer then these!

Terrible customer service indeed!

Purchased my first pair of Hudson jeans a few weeks ago. I wore them for the first time recently and noticed a small hole on the corner back pocket. I have sent two emails to the company to ask how this can be rectified and have not received one response from them.

I received a pair of jeans ordered from hudson.com for Christmas. They had an awkward and overwhelming smell. We thought it was packaging, but after washing them three times and the smell just got worse, we were advised from the dry cleaner it's formaldehyde. The phone number on the website is no longer in service, I have called the customer care number on the receipt and it says no one is available and I've emailed them a number of times with no response. Their customer service sucks. It also makes it awkward that nobody is available to assist a customer. And for as expensive as the product is, I am shocked with this problem and the quality. Maybe you should look for another product

I bought a pair of Hudson jeans. They are super cool and comfortable. However after 6 months they completely fell apart. I sent two emails to their corporate office and zero reply. These were going to be my go to jeans as well as my recommended jeans to my friends. If you are ok with spending $200 plus on jeans and have no expectations on how long they will last then go for it. I have a closet full of jeans from other brands that I've had for years.

Have a few pairs. Fit me well and can take a beating. There are tons of jean options out there and it's really all about what fits and how it suits your lifestyle. I'm semi casual so Hudson works for me

Great fit and cute

I found Hudson jeans in a popular magazine where I saw an actress wearing them. The fit was so nice I googled them and ordered immediately.
It took different styles to get what fit me but it was worth the search. I am older than some of their clients but still like to look the best that I can. They also come in longer inseam which is hard to find.
They are fairly expensive but quality over quantity wins for me.

I have been wearing Hudson jeans for 10 years and used to love them. Everytime I order a pair now (31" Byron Straight) I am completely surprised with what shows up. Completely different material and fit. Some are stretchy and fitted, some are stiff and so large I have to have them taken in. Needless to say, I am done with Hudson.

Hudson Jeans are good quality and nice looking jeans you can find pretty much whatever style you are into. The prices range from low to high depending on what you want and where you buy them but Good Quality Jeans...

I called in multiple times to order a couple pairs of what used to be my fav denim. After speaking to 3 different call centre "customer service" employees. I live in Vancouver BC and have never had a problem trying to ship to Canada until now. I called in to place my order over the phone and have it shipped to Deming WA next day as I was going to be there to receive my purchase, Jamie took the address wrong and UPS could not deliver next day. All the call centre E-commerce staff including manager Jamie and her VP Christopher were closed minded and really had no idea how to help me. Paid for the next day shipping and am back in Canada with no purchase in hand. PAIGE denim will get ALL MY MONEY going forward. Your entire call centre organization needs customer service training and coaching. Service was appalling.
