I bought a Ali autographed boxing glove, never received it and got no response to my e-mails! As far as I'm concerned they aren't to be trusted! I will be contacting my credit card company. Shady 🤨

Received a signed autograph which was shipped in a flimsy 8x10 airmail envelope. The envelope had been creased and creased the photo. I've since sent multiple emails along with photos and have not heard back from anyone. This company DOES NOT RESPOND. This has been going on since mid December. See attached photo. You can see the crease right above his left wrist..

Got a Don Knotts and Andy Griffith autograph. When I got it, it was the one pictured. The A in Andy was really bad. I wrote Hollywood Memorabilia and sent pictures. I never heard back. Be careful.

Alternate site they have is selling forgeries. BUYER BEWARE! When I spoke to customer service they were not interested in taking down the forgeries! DO NOT BUY!

Received my Van Halen 1 autographed album today. It has many flaws (photos attached). I can't believe I paid almost $300 for this. I guess I can just throw it in a drawer. I can't believe anyone would actually sell something like this.

Customer service is the best they need to keep Shakira what a wonderful helpful person. The website is great.

I had ordered a photo that ended up being unavailable. Cristin, the customer service person was kind and helpful. Even though we weren't able to find a replacement photo, she did everything in her power to ensure my experience was positive by offering alternatives.

This business rips every single buyer that purchases their products! You can go on eBay and find everything they're selling for less. And yes they are same exact items!

I placed an order on 12/21/21 and paid for next day shipping, it is now 12/28/21 and I have not received any notifications on my order aside from they have taken my money and sent me a receipt. I have tried sending multiple emails about simply getting an update on my order and nothing. I would give 0 stars but it is forcing me to give 1 star.

I purchased two autographed items here for $900. Moments later I surfed on Ebay and found the items listed for $500. I immediately purchased the two items from EBay. The next day, Hollywoodmemorabilia.com emailed me that the two items were 'out of stock' and refunded my money. Whew. I caught the flim flam before it was too late. I am not qualifying the quality of their product, just that they are EBay resellers, at a huge mark up.

Great product and quick resolution by Shakira when I ran into an issue with delivery. High recommend!

So, I bought a Matrix screening script signed by Keanu Reeves for $500. Looked on ebay after and it was listed for $400. They canceled my order because out of stock. Website listed 3 days later 5 of them for over $1200 ea. Ebay has the exact same ones listed for $850 each... very shady business practices! Do your due diligence when purchasing.

I contacted customer service to see when my order would ship and Crisitn was a great help! They let me know when my order would ship, arrive and even noticed an error that I made and refunded me a portion of my cost! It was an awesome shopping experience and I look forward to purchasing more memorabilia in the future.

I'm very happy with my purchase! When I didn't get a mail regarding the shipping, I asked at the support and Cristin immediately answered me. She told me about the shipping of my items and wanted an update on if they were delivered safely and on time. I felt like she was really interested in my order and wanted to help me in every possible way.

Never purchase from this company. As a longtime collector their prices are absolutely insane. Don't believe try, find an item on their website say for example $3000, go to eBay and find that item with either jsa or psa authentication, I guarantee you it will be less than $1000. I have no idea who does their prices but they are downright robbery. Also many items unless jsa or psa are fake. I bought a jack Nicholson autograph from them which came back as a secretary signature. I still don't have a refund for it to this day amd I bought it last year. They never answer their phones if you have an issue, they only answer to sell. Jimmy Basusa is the worst salesmen I have ever encountered and it's a shame people like him kept their jobs during a pandemic when a hardworking person would gladly take his place. They give excuses for everything and won't respond once you have an issue. Never buy from them, go to eBay or pristine auction for memorabilia, you will save a ton of money and also get real items. Run from this place fast!
