Purchased batteries and received items completely different from product description. Rude customer service would only process it as normal return which means store credit and I am responsible for return shipping. Store credits are useless when I plan on never ordering from the place and they would not guarantee the next item I receive would not be defective. Things are cheap for a reason here, they are junk. Never buy from this place.
I really like the idea of HobbyKing.com, but customer service stink's no help of resolving any issues at all I think they are just waiting for me go away and disappear and take my money.
£450 worth of orders, parts of my order only received after 6 weeks.
Then on my account it says received, but items still missing. I have tried the find a contact number but they don't provide this service. So submitted a request form, got a reply back totally unrelated to the subject in question and then I was passed to someone else same again no joy. I would have sent back the received items for a full refund, but I very much doubt I would get a full refund after reading the terms and conditions. A total joke is HobbyKing.com think twice before purchasing
I have spent 30 days as of today trying to get this company to issue a refund on a faulty item I am not going to go into anymore detail because I'm frankly sick and tired of even talking about this but I want people to be aware do not buy things from this company they are thieves. They really need to offer zero stars as an option he's giving them one is way over crediting them.

HobbyKing is the absolute worst to deal with. I would rather take a double XL kick to the groin then deal with them again. After taking nearly a month to process a refund somehow they still screwed me out of little over $20. It's not hard to see why their customer rating is so low.
It was a site where I have been shopping for many years. My order, which said that it was sent in 2019, has not arrived yet. They certainly do not produce solutions.
HK is not like before. I think i'm scammed. Maybe it was never sent. I will never shop here again. You can shop safely from places like aliexpress, banggood, etc.

I ordered some screws for a project, I paid for the faster shipping and I ended up spending a good amount because I needed to complete a project. A week has gone by now and my order is still processing…. Like how hard is it to process a bag of screws. They ended up taking so long that I ended up going somewhere else to get the screws I needed. There processing is garbage and for that 0/10 don't order from the site would not recommend
Took my money but didn't ship item
I waited 31/2 months for a back order that was promised to ship free. Once item was back in stock they wanted me to send them $60 more to ship.
15 emails, two live chats and they continued to lie to me.
Worst company to do business with, buyer be ware!

Simply put if you need anything resolved and you contact HobbyKing Support Center, you are in for a frustrating day. They resolve absolutely nothing. I think they exists just to return emails, like a robot, but do nothing to resolve the issue. I think HobbyKing should save themselves money and close out the Support Center. Just have automated emails.

Ordered items from website, items from U.S. warehouse arrived within a few weeks, However the items from the Hong Kong warehouse still have not been delivered, this was ordered over 2 months ago. The only way to contact is thru online chat which is a joke. Don't waste your time and money, if it takes over 2 months to make a fuselage and a tool kit something is definitely wrong. Will never use this obvious scam of a company again. If it says Hong Kong warehouse beware!

Brought a Ender 3 for £128 for a birthday gift on 4th April, it had a faulty fan. Eventually was told by hobbyking to send the whole printer back and my expense and they would reimbursement it, well they have now reimbursed everything but to store credit, now being passed from pillar to post trying to get my money back in my bank so I can order the printer from someone who has it in stock. Was going to buy an RC car and new drone parts but never order from hear again now

Answer: It all depends on the Bank that you. Plus check on why it took the refund. In fact, the refund is quick from an average of 3-4 days. Actually just given extra time for both the seller and the Bank. And accordingly, if the seller has constant operations on a refund, this has a negative impact on the company's rating for the Bank. Especially if there are disputes between buyer and seller. From my experience, the returns are realized in several ways: 1. On credit card 2. On account on the HobbyKing website. 3. Or product if not reached or was spoiled. Damaged goods was a couple of times, and some of the delivery services. Overall, the problems with the refund arose. Sorry for bad English.

Answer: In all honesty, I think it only means they got your money. That's all they seem to care about. I've been going round and round with them saying my order is complete when in fact they still owe me about 70% of the total order. They refuse to split the order and I'm tired of arguing with them. From some of the other reviews, it sounds like it's their method to start the clock early on the return policy. Regardless of whether you have actually received the item or not, the return policy starts when they say the order is complete.

Answer: Hi Peter. Unfortunately I don't have the FlyBaby any more to check the battery bay I can however tell you I used ZIPPY Flightmax 3000mAh 4S1P 20C@ 139x46x25mm. A larger battery will fit but IMHO you will probably be better off with a 2200 to keep it as light as possible. Al
