Cold, dark, wet and satisfying

The pick up driver was prompt, friendly and helpful on a cold dark and wet night. Mohammad at reception was the best salesman selling me an upgrade and insurance which I normally reject. He insisted that I take photos for my own piece of mind and upon vehicle return these were accepted as evidence of prior very minor damage. Return was friendly, easy and prompt with another friendly and helpful driver. The service more than compensates for the small inconvenience of being off site.

Best rental to go

Green Motion was the best for me in the way they handled customers. From the online experience to the front desk team, they are just awesome and a place to go if you need to hire/rent a vehicle at competitive prices.

They also offer car drop-offs and pick-ups within the vicinity of their offices, which is absolute convenience.

Have used your company for years very disappointed to be conned for damage not caused by me.
I sent you proof of the scratch on the wheel (looked like it would polish out) by hand!

Easy to deal with & no insurance scam!

3rd time I've used Greenmotion recently & each time has been excellent. The cars are clean & new. Prices are great. I had to extend a booking which was easy (1 email). No pressure for CDW insurance and no hard sell. I will use Greenmotion before I use other hire firms.

Overall, we had a decent experience. I like the shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was friendly. I was a little disappointed when I got home to see I had an almost $400 extra charge to our credit card bill with no explanation; however, I sent an email in explaining the situation, and we did get a refund.

Great car, reasonable priced

I had a Skoda Kamiq, which was totally fine for 1 or 2 incl. Baggage. Only negative thing was the aggressive sale of additional services (unlimited mileage, insurance, refueling service etc.) After rejecting any further services everything was perfect. Nice car - nice trip!

Good with hidden horriable charges

Overall good but really shocked when I received a ticket for not paying congestion charges Green Motion also charged £68 like an extortionate charges for no reason hence I will have to pay two penalty charges.

Unfortunately, when a Penalty Charge Notice is received, it is sent to the fleet company as they are the registered owner of the vehicle. They then charge Green Motion handling and 'Transfer of Liability' fees, which is why we must charge an admin fee in such circumstances. Everything perfect.

From booking, to renting and returning, everything very easy and quick. Super customer service, if there are any problems, you just have to call the hotline, and you get right away an answer! I would book definitely again Greenmotion!

Green Motion debited my debit card of £400 in order to secure their Excess Insurance. 19 days since returning the car, I still have not had a refund. I've always been very satisfied with Green Motion in the past, but this time I was forced to use a debit card since my Credit Card was blocked for some reason. Because of this I had to take out Green Motion excess Insurance for £200 even though I had excess Insurance and incurred a debit of £400 on my debit card. When I collected the car, the oil warning light was on, so they changed the car. This car had low tyre pressure light on, which they "cleared" before I set off. 2 days later I realised that one of the tyres was almost flat. Pumped up at nearest garage and reset tyre pressure system. Tyre remained ok until I returned car 4 days later.

The customer first attitude

The personal were very kind and customer friendly. We got our car delivered to the airport hotel where we also returned it. Our pickup and return was very correct and easy.

The car was very clean and quite new.

Very good experience all in all.
