Cannot recommend highly enough. Have purchased several pens from them. They have a great variety, even better instructional / informational articles & YouTube channel, and superb customer service. Their prices are also about as good as you're going to get.

Have only once ever had one pen show up damaged, and the amount of patience and care they exhibited - even leaving a custom note in my replacement assuring me they had checked the part creating an issue in the first pen (noting that everything worked flawlessly) - was beyond what I have seen at pretty much any company - regardless of what they sold.

I made the mistake of purchasing from Goulet pens, only to have them treat me like dirt. Their shopping cart failed. I was trying to make a purchase, and they ultimately did not even express interest in resolving the issue; rather, they sent me somewhere else, because they don't care to fix their shopping cart.

I've dealt with Goulet before and had great success: products as described sent promptly and well packaged. I'm a bit surprised that some have had a less than excellent experience and even more surprised that so few people have taken the time to write a review. In spite of the "current situation," the company has continued to operate close to normal. The company provides a lot of information and a wonderful website and YouTube reviews. My first experience with fountain pens had been with amazon, I thought that they were completely interior, the reason I had thought this I learned was because I had gotten a knock off pen from amazon despite being led to buy the real thing. Goulet on the other hand has always delivered quality products and I have always received what I had wanted through them, their shipping times are always fast and the packaging is secure to make sure nothing breaks like the ink bottles. I have ordered from them multiple times, and I have always been happy with my experience with them. I also prefer to buy through them as I have more trust in Goulet as a company compared to amazon, plus I feel good when I am supporting a smaller business. Overall I plan on buying from them again many more times. Overall one of the best places to get you Fountain Pens and Ink.

They have a decent selection and helpful videos. Prices and shipping are high, and turnaround is slow. All of that is fine if they have what you want and you know going into it. What isn't fine is that they absolutely do not stand behind what they sell. I received a pen with a manufacturing defect that made it unusable. They said--with passive aggressive flair--that it wasn't their problem and then stopped responding to emails. I am glad that it wasn't a particularly expensive purchase and that my credit card company ultimately dealt with it. Avoid Goulet Pens.

Purchased a salmon-colored TWSBI Swipe fountain pen. I have other TWSBI pens but was worried about this pen because it was not very expensive and might not write very well. It turned out to be fantastic, writes very well and it is the one I "swipe off the desk" when I need to make a note or write a memo. It comes with three methods to fill with ink. Cartridge (can use 2 types), Converter, or Eyedropper. I plan on buying another of a different color to load with a different color ink.

They're a fantastic company. Wide collections of different types of pens, nib, ink swabs, and other materials. Really important thing in terms of education and offering resources.

Shopping with Goulet Pens has been one of the most positive online shopping experiences of my life.

For months I had been looking for a nice, colourful Leuchtturm1917 with a dot grid to use for my bullet journal, but they are sadly extremely hard to find in Canada. Goulet Pens offered a wide range of Leuchtturm1917 notebooks for me to choose from at a fraction of the cost of other websites, and shipping was very reasonable. Their website is easy to navigate and incredibly user-friendly.

I was incredibly pleased when I had received a confirmation that my order had been shipped the day after I had placed my order, which was placed at nearly 11pm. My package arrived very shortly after this.

My notebook arrived in perfect condition thanks to the careful wrapping. The box was packed with bubblewrap to ensure safe arrival and includes a sticker, a lovely note from the people at Goulet Pens, a book mark and even a lollipop!

I don't think that I could be more pleased with this website and will turn to them for the rest of my notebook needs.

He leadth you into temptation after temptation! Oh, sure! He innocently offers you introductory videos: beginner pens, how to use a converter, how to write with a stub nib... And then, he hits you with did you now there is more than blue and black inks?! Well, I thought to myself "I‘all just try a Platinum Plaisir and one of those Noodler pens. A bottle of black ink. What more could a girl need?" 80 fountain pens and 30 bottles of ink later, I am a confirmed fountain pen addict. Did I buy all my pens from Goulet? No. But, after I got a bottle of irozuku ink in a large box from Amazon with a broken cap, bottles of ink, yes. (Goulet pens saved the day with an empty Waterman bottle so my ink wouldn't dry out.) Best customer service online. When I damaged one of my nibs and I asked for help, I got an email back with advice and guidance on how to select a new nib within twenty-four hours. You can take chances purchasing inks and pens from other online vendors, but why?
