I placed this order several weeks ago only to find out in checking the web site that it was not shipped.
I re ordered the same thing a few day"s ago and now I find once again you have not shipped the order you confirmed. Your site now says my order is pending.
I have called your phone number at least ten times never to have even one person answer----------you just get a runaround on different extensions to call and they do not answer either.
