Parts are listed as in stock then after your transaction they are actually not in stock, they send you a tracking number to make you think everything is ok but its not. Then as time goes by no parts and the tracking number doesn't work, your tracking number has been cancelled, you call and are told inventory changed and now your parts have to be ordered. Your told it will be 10 days so you look on their site and it still shows in stock, this was the first sign of dishonesty. When the parts finally show up one is damaged to badly to be used, when i call in for a exchange i speak to the rudest smart $#*! in customer service history, Brandy tells me that i should just keep the part because it is such a hassle for her to deal with and most people just use the damaged part. I tell her no that i want a exchange but she pushes back again, she tells me she will not send out a return slip nor send a replacement part for a couple weeks until she contacts the carrier and makes a claim, It continues to get worst, I ask to speak to a supervisor and she tells me no, I can only speak to her, so i use the site contact to reach out to a manager and she intercepts my contact and replies " I SAID YOU CAN ONLY SPEAK TO ME ' this is crazy, Now the security gate to my home is down for over a month and i cant speak to a supervisor. Now i had to contact American express and am dealing with this now. WHAT A HASTLE OVER A DAMAGED PART, replace the part and move on, this stuff happens, don't buy here absolutely no customer support, just a money grab and leave you hanging.
Purchased a single replacement door opener. Poor quality. Returned and was charged 20% bull$#*! restocking fee. Absolutely $#*! company
Worst warranty service. Liftmaster days they send parts and return lables within 2-3 days and this company says pay for the parts, pay for all returns and we will credit you in 1-2 months after we get everything back. Total scam! They will take 1-2 months unless you pay for your warrantied parts first. Client is disputing purchse with AMEX. Diffective out of box, crappy warranty and lift master doesnt care! Best to go through a local dealer you can physically visit.

I've used Gatehouse several times. Always quick and fair prices in my experience. This time when they realized they were out of inventory on a product I had chosen they called me with an alternative. Once I said yes they shipped out the same day. Really great service!
Ordered from gatehouse due to the published delivery date into google's product feed, had many other options to choose from but chose Gatehouse due to positive reviews and fastest delivery time. The item said in-stock on site, but when placing the order with 2 day delivery it was stuck in "processing". The item was not instock and I kept being mislead by their support. Would not have had a negative experience if they had been honest. But they weren't, and that usually means if they are dishonest at this level, then they can only be worse in more serious areas. Do not use.
I needed a part and these guys saved the day. And when I had questions they were quick to answer, and were very friendly while helping. Delivery time was super fast too. We'll use them again for sure.

I ordered a logic board from GateHouse Supplies. After two weeks of the part not showing up, I contacted Brandy, customer service rep, at GateHouse. She was very curt and a bit rude to me. I am very frustrated that their website didn't state 'out of stock' and they lead me to believe the part would be sent. I even received an email from them checking to see if the part had arrived. I had not, so that is why I contacted them.
Don't trust this place. They will waste your time and then treat you like dirt.
Answer: I think if you know for sure what part number you need and they ship you the correct part (and it works), then you should be fine. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything from them again,
