I'm still waiting for my delivery, it says it's on it's way and I've been tracking them, apparently they are in the area but they're just sitting there. I understand that this is out of your control and I'm just letting you know.
The online shopping experience was perfect.

Easy as pie start to finish. Hoodie arrived in under a week and is sooooo very comfortable! Pricing is outstanding as well.

Exactly what I expected, and I love it. I was looking for something low profile and stylish this meets both those expectations thank you guys so much.

The products are well made and above the asking price IMO.

The quality of the product and the service is excellent. They warrant an extra star to separate themselves from the companies you thought were 5 stars.

I dont do alot of web page buying, as it's all to difficult.
But this was pretty simple even for me...

FSGC make sure you are happy from the get go.
They maintain excellent communication and even use handwritten notes for a very personalised touch. If only all retailers care about customer satisfaction to the same high standard.
The quality of their gear is 100%.

From ordering, to delivery (thank you Amanda!) to the product, everything was top notch! I can't get over how soft the hoodie is and how much I want to just keep my hands in my pockets. Seriously, you have to feel these pockets! Such a great product, great experience and amazing story. This will keep me warm for the Canadian winter #BEBRAVE

Backpack is exactly as good as described. Immediately used for a three-day ride :) Delivery was quick. The only option I was hoping for was to specify instructions for the delivery.

Great service, quality products. Very responsive to emails, excellent customer service - Amanda genuinely cares about her customers.

Order was pushed out another 3 weeks due to faulty zip and better quality zip is now been used which is why the delay. I probably wont get the product for 4 weeks due to shipping ect. Do wish the quality assessments were done prior to sales.

Arrived quickly, professionally created and the little bravery note was a sweet touch. Would definitely buy again, but was disappointed to find out stickers on helmets can be seen as mods and you can be fined :(
