Flatland

I can wholeheartedly recommend Flatland to anyone looking to rent in London at a reasonable price in an ever challenging market. Mike and his team have secured accommodation for me twice in prime London locations in 2008 and 2014. I have found Mike and his team to be unfailingly patient, professional and helpful in responding to my specific requirements. Mike's long experience and knowledge, allied to his persistence, have resulted in two extremely happy long term tenancies in Central London with all that this city has to offer. Therefore I will continue to recommend Flatland to friends and acquaintances. As my experience has revealed the outlay on the subscription service is money that could not have been better spent.

Flatland offers a very good service for what they do, provide contact details for available rooms in Greater London through a daily updated email list for 3 months for a reasonable fee. You have to put in the leg work, visit rooms and make calls to agencies or landlords where necessary. It helps if you do your research ahead of time with budget and kind of room in mind. Mike was always willing to take my calls and answer my questions as far as he could, even giving alternative choices he thought might work for me. I found my room thanks to Flatland after about 3 weeks and will definitely be using their services when I need a room again.

Hi, I have trusted this guy Mike( ******* *******) and paid for the service. His service is worst and atrocious which I could never come across UK. He gave us a list of properties for the viewing and once you go for the viewing there is no person to receive you or show you the house around. Ultimately when enquired, found these properties are let my a different consultants and they do not have any clue who is Mike and flatland. It is an absolute scam and robbery. Please don't subscribe for this website and fall for this pit.

To be honest I was a bit suspicious about flatland because I have to admit that I checked the review first about them and not all of them was nice, some people mostly complain about the fact that they called and get no answer, what happen to me just once but appart form that they always answer to my mail and the guy I had on the phone really did his best to find me a place who match my expectation, knowing that at the same time I receive a list of studio or room available every day with a skit to visit them, and actually he found me a place who was even better than what I was expected and at a really really really good price! ( more space than my previous place, the area was better as well and the price so cheap as there is not any hidden fee). A friend recommend me flatland and I'll definitely recommend it to someone else! Of course it's a bit scary to pay for a service you didn't get yet but I don't regret it.

So they say you can contact them on the free line before subscribing to vwerify wether the desired appartment is vacant or not. I have been calling since 10 with no answer i suppose they are waiting for me to pay and then call the '' hotline number they send me after i register and pay the 61 pounds. Complete and utter bull$#*! no point in wasting your time with these bozo'S just a sheere piss take.

I found a studio add in Hammersmith to rent in Gumtree under the name of "K", after signed e-mails with "Kawa".
Suddently I received an e-mail from Flatland with a studios list and asking me to pay a fee.
I asked Kawa and said that he did not know who this company was that he was from "Tara property" witch I did not find any info in internet.
He is a liar, one more of these group of Studio rent that does not answer any of my e-mails in Gumtree: John, Maxwell, Mo, Mike. All them have same adds and are the same.
