FilmOn

Today I counted up all the payments FilmOn has taken from my credit card and it is $349.79 since May 31st of 2024. They said that I am responsible for the subscriptions, they do not access my credit card and therefore repayment is ineligible.
I have approved a small monthly fee of less than $14. That's not what FilmOn has been taking.
I wrote to FilmOn as there is no phone number to call them on and they told me that they cannot cancel my subscriptions and I am ineligible for repayment because I must have approved all the subscriptions.
I HAVE NOT.
In fact, I can't even access my FilmOn account to cancel it.
This service is crap. Last time I tried to watch a movie the picture was so bad that I turned it off.
I'm very unhappy with their lack of response to my complaints. They keep on telling me to log in and change my subscriptions. I asked them to cancel everything, and they tell me that I have to do it.
I am certain that my account was accessed through FilmOn and additional subscriptions were added.

This company sucks - mostly money from people's credit cards.

Russian site. Steer clear.
Constant buffering. No service, impossible to watch either recordings or live television (UK TV). After weeks of continued attempts to get support to rectify problems, the service send out the same emails again and again.
199€ a year is an expensive something FOR NOTHING.

I rarely have any difficulties with Filmon and when I do their customer service at support reply very fast and fix the problem.
