FastFilings has a 100% no cancellation policy, reaching them by phone is almost impossible and email communication is slow [allow for 48 hours for reply].
The website sells FastFilings on "a quick turn around" which is why I selected to use it to get my Cert. Of Good Standing. After paying I received an order acknowledgment and from there on NO communication or update. So if there is an issue with your filing that you want to resolve- tough luck. My experience with FastFilings was horrible. Be careful not to get cheated and deceived by them. Also be sure to keep printed copies of all email correspondence.

This is the best filing service out there. Their technical know how is insane. It's very hard to be able to files sales tax permit requests for all states. They are the only ones that do it and know how to do it.

They are the ones to use.

Mistakenly filed State of Information thru Fastfilings on 3/21/24. Paid ridiculous expensive fees $69 and State of Information fee $25 for total of $94 and thinking State of Information will update instantly. Bank checked and no updates so I had to log into sos website to pay the State of Information fee $20 to update instantly which requested by the bank. Sent email to Fastfilings on 3/21/24 to cancel the transactions. Fastfilings.com processed the transaction on 3/22/24 and refused to refund and cancel the transaction. This is a scam and has no refund of business for customers. It's ridiculous expensive $94 for getting the State of Information. I would never use this service.

I ordered a California Statement of Information filing from Fast Filings. They emailed me right away because they caught a mistake that I made, and emailed me to correct it. Wow! Talk about great service. Within 1 day, I had the completed Statement of Information in my inbox from them.

I would strongly recommend Fast Filings for your business filing needs. It's much easier than going through the state and filing by paper.

I googled California Secretary of State and somehow ended up on their website. You can tell from their responses to complaints that it is their intention to fool people into using their services. "We told you", "You confirmed"... SCAM. I filed the document myself immediately after noticing my mistake and it cost me $20. They charged $103.95 and say THEY filed. Why would the Secretary of State accept my filing if they did it already?

We are a new business in California! We have our own ice cream truck. While signing up to do an event at a concert, they informed us that we needed a California seller's permit or we would not be able to be at their next concert. Concert. Next concert was their biggest event of the year. It was a Tuesday afternoon when I received the news that I needed the seller's permit.
