I lost my product because they shipped to the wrong country and in that country the product was illegal cane sword and I am left with the Debt 169 euros because customs in that UK not Ireland said the product was illegal in their country not my country, they proceed to say it's my fault how does that work. If I lived in China and sent package to Japan how does that work where is the sense. A firm run by idiocracy

I purchased an acrylic cane in late August 2021 and it broke in half September 2022. I barely had it for one year and the handle broke completely off when I was far from home and unable to secure a replacement. For anyone like me who requires a cane to get from point A to point B, this can pose a dangerous situation.

I do not recommend this product!

The company refused to replace it or acknowledge the situation this put me in.

The cane is beautiful. I ordered the hummingbirds. The extra tips I ordered were in the box. I forgot to mention excepting the offer of a free leather strap. So I called customer service and they were very nice and said the strap would be in the box. But it wasn't.

I ordered a cane for my mother from Fashionable Canes many years ago. She is gone now but I kept her cane and have used it myself after a surgery. It still looks great except the name plate has tarnished. I have an elderly friend who has started using a cane on a regular basis. She was using one her son had and no longer used but it was not adjustable and it was heavy. I decided to purchase a beautiful folding cane that can be adjusted to the correct height for her. I also purchased an ice-o-grip that can be attached so it won't slip on snow and ice. I looked on-line and found Fashionable Canes. Ordering was very easy and it arrived just a couple of days after I ordered it. I was very happy with my purchase and so is my friend. She now has a very pretty cane suitable for the lovely lady she is and it can be folded up for convenience when she's at a restaurant, etc. They have a huge selection to choose from for both men and women so your only problem will be deciding which one you like best!

The Triple Wound Carbon Fiber Cane is the absolute best. I have over a dozen canes, and this is my favorite. It is so light weight and yet super strong and very sharp looking. I bought two this time because I had one lost/stolen.
I bought the Tourist Cane also- good quality and great value.

Website was easy to use, and had a lot of great options. I got my cane surprisingly fast and the quality is amazing- way better than i expected. It folds very small and can fit in my purse, but is also extremely sturdy. 10/10 would buy again and recommend to others

This is my third cane from Fashionable. Excellent company with many options and price points and fast shipping. I love the use of exotic woods combined with practical design.

Its a nice carbon cane. But it is in fact less elegant and light than expected for carbon and cherry wood. The hangrip is howevwer very good. I am satisfied.

I ordered two canes from Fashionable Canes- the Blue Denim Derby Walking Cane With Ash Wood Shaft and Silver Collar & the Triple Wound Carbon Fiber Black Derby Walking Cane w/Collar, the former for everyday use & the latter for 'stepping out' at night. They both are as advertised in color & durability (though it is easy to scuff the finish on the carbon fiber model). They both look great & in the short time I have had them I have received many compliments. Considering how light the heft they are incredibly sturdy & support my current weight of 265 pounds without a problem.
Carefully read the section on how to measure your body for the correct height of your cane, this is important to get the fit just right.
I am very pleased with my canes- the look, the feel, the aforementioned durability, & the cost, and if the need arises to add more to my collection I will absolutely get them from Fashionable Canes.

I find this to be very useful and highly recommend it for its purpose. You certainly can not ask for better!

I am only 60 but due to health reasons have had to face the fact I have to use a cane. Was depressed and embarrassed by it. Then a friend said, you have to change your attitude and way of thinking. Let the cane become an accessory. You don't have to just use old ugly canes. Let the cane make a statement about who you are, So I did a Google search and ran across Fashionable Canes. It was like a kid in a candy store. I had no idea that such beautiful canes existed. I just bought my 2nd one. Their web site is easy to negotiate, ordering is simple and delivery is very fast. After each cane arrived I received an e-mail asking if the cane arrived on time and was I satisfied with the service. After I purchased my second cane they even sent me a Thank you note for being a return customer. As I said have bought 2 beautiful canes and have gotten so many compliments and quite frankly the canes have become a topic of conversation. Takes away from the fact I have to use one. I am a very satisfied customer and I can see me purchasing many more in the future. Already picked out a few. Will wait until finances allow. However; their prices are very reasonable.

I purchased 2 canes on 8/18/20 with a specified delivery date of 2 to 8 business days. It is now 17 days later. Every time I check the delivery status which indicates each day that I will receive the parcel either that day or the next. I live in Brooklyn NY, this parcel has been in Brooklyn 5 times already listed as out for delivery and then it gets shipped to Kearny NJ and so on. I called customer service their 1st response is it was shipped via USPS and went on to explain that the post officer has been defunded (bull$#*!) then when I inform them that the tracking number is a FedEx delivery they then say oh it was the weather. All excuses on help no walking sticks. Do you self a favor and avoid these people, there are plenty of other reliable sources to buy canes from. These guys are shysters and make excuses as they go along without offering and amicable form of resolve...

I bought a zapcane to protect from mean dogs in the neighborhood. Just the snap, crackle & pop has been sufficient to keep them at bay. I bought one zapcane that quit working & it was quickly replaced. Apparently I had recharged too long, since the instructions at the time were unclear. I have now bought another zapcane at another location for the same reasons(can't take zapcanes on a plane). Carrying the cane gives me a great feeling of more safety in potentially dangerous situations. I am very satisfied with the product. Thanks for a great product.
