BEWARE. Paid £174.42 for 2 tickets to see Man Utd v Crystal Palace and the tickets did not get delivered to me before kick off time. Completely wasted journey to the ground and out of pocket expenses. Contacted Fanpass who just say they are investigating. No refund issued and no apology was given.

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with Fanpass to warn others and prevent them from falling victim to this scam.
On 26 December, my family and I purchased tickets through Fanpass for a Manchester United match, spending a staggering £267.94. This was meant to be a dream come true for my 15-year-old son, who purchased the tickets in his excitement to see his favorite team play live. Sadly, that dream turned into heartbreak when we were denied entry at the venue.
To our dismay, we were explicitly instructed not to approach the counter or official staff, confirming that the tickets were fraudulent. We had flown all the way to the UK from abroad, hoping to give our son this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Instead, we were left stranded and devastated.
Despite repeated attempts to contact Fanpass, no refund has been issued. The entire experience left us emotionally and financially drained, with my son's dream utterly crushed.
For reference, our purchase was associated with *******0941, further validating this terrible incident.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Fanpass entirely. They exploit fans' hopes, leaving them broken-hearted and out of pocket. Learn from our experience—stick to official ticketing platforms and protect yourself from this scam.
Fanpass should be held accountable for the pain and loss they've caused to unsuspecting fans like us.

Mark of fraudsters, I was fooled by someone who pretended to be an advisor from my bank and thanks to the personal information he had, was able to buy things on this site. Once contacted, the site does not want to do anything to block it and cancel the transaction even though it is proven that it is a fraud and that I blocked everything on the bank side and filed a complaint in France

I bought two tickets to see Chelsea play Brentford. This was my first experience at using a re-selling website. I was persuaded by the good reviews (like this one!). Also, I only paid £20 per ticket so it was an acceptable risk. In fact, I discovered that the face value of the tickets was more than £20 so it was a real bargain. The seller was very reassuring giving contact details for any problems. As it turned out, there were no problems.
I bought tickets at the cost of £639 for a match that was cancelled, I cannot believe that these lot get away with daylight robbery. They completely remove themselves from everything and of course no refund. Who is getting the money? Its Criminal.

By far the most aggressive, unprofessional, rude company. Do NOT use them. Even after bringing me to tears on the phone they spoke over me, hung up on me and rejected all my calls.

Certainly the worst company you will find, they should be removed from selling tickets.
Ordered and paid for tickets for Liverpool match.
Two weeks before game told that tickets were no longer available and that no alternatives were available.
This after I having booked non refundable flights and accommodation.
Company refused to refund money for flights and accommodation.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONNED.
Case is gone to Liverpool F.C. And Police for investigations which are ongoing.

Bought two tickets for Manchester United vs Nottingham Forest. Went to the stadium at the match day to find out they were fake. Outright rejected entry. Flew all the way from California for the match. Have contacted them about the refund. Will post the update here on how it goes.
Bought 3 Liverpool- Leicester tickets on 31-1, came all the way from the Netherlands, refused entry at game and tickets taken away. I reported Fanpass. Got one reaction that they want some proof. I've send what they requested. Never heard any reaction after that. Dont use them!
Update in response to the reaction of fanpass: we've already send this document several times. This evening again.

Please note that for the majority of the events, tickets are only issued close to the date (24-48 hours before) to avoid counterfeiting.
Your seller has until one day before the event to provide the tickets, however it does not mean it will be done within this time frame and this can be sooner.
In any case, you will receive an email once your e-tickets are ready to download from your Fanpass account
The tickets simply need to be printed off if they are PDF tickets, or to save them onto your phone if they are Mobile QR code. You will then just need to scan them at the gate in order to access the venue

The event was sold out, ( finale world cup) and fanpass offer me the chance to purchase ticket from a fan which cannot attempt the game.
The price was not really expansive for a finale.

I was scammed twice by this website.
First, they provided me with false tickets and I was refused to enter the game.
Second, when I complained and provided all the documents they asked for, they told me I didn't provide them in time (which I did) and they don't want to refund.
So my honest advice to anyone reading - AVOID the SCAMMERS.

I PURCHASED 2 Liverpool v Man Utd 17/12/23 tickets for over £1000 - we stayed in Liverpool all weekend & was sent tickets on WhatsApp a day before the game- on arrival to the turnstiles we were told the tickets were duplicated & had already been used
After a pathetic response to my previous post, I have contacted Fanpass several times to ask why they would pay a seller when they had not provided tickets as agreed, and why they would not reimburse the buyer.
They have ignored all contact.
Please be aware that the only objective of these people is to make money for themselves, and to not do anything if you're conned.

If you are unfamiliar with Fanpass then your request is understandable. Sorry if you did not notice but indeed we are an intermediary platform between sellers and buyers. Tickets type are decided by the club and the delivery method will depend on it - which can change at any time. This is display via our selling terms.
Please note that for majority of the events, tickets are only issued close to the date as per the event promoter is only releasing them close to the event date and this to avoid counterfeiting. It might indeed happened that your seller provided the tickets on event day.
All purchases are final and we are also stating this on every event pages before purchasing your tickets.

I booked tickets for a match on this coming sunday for my daughters birthday
That cost me £740. They got cancelled this evening 36 houes before with no refund no email nothing!. I emailed them to get an automated response. I now have a heartbroken child who has nothing for her birthday now as i have been ripped off by this company

Tickets weren't received when we were told they would be, no correspondence when asking what was happening as it was less than 24hrs before we needed them and got fobbed off twice. Ended up having to buy another set of tickets so ended up paying out £1000 in total. Tried multiple times to contact them for a refund and surprise, surprise no response!
Absolutely appalling company, do not buy with them unless you like added stress in your life.
Still no help from you and after copious amounts of requests for the complaint form nothing has been received. Your company should be shut down so you can stop taking advantage of people who want to make memories!

I have tried twice to purchase tickets for myself and my Dad to go to a Spurs game on 11th May v Nottingham Forest. He is a lifelong Tottenham fan. Both times my purchase has been rejected by the sellers with no explanation as to why.
